Jisung's lightheadedness was gone and he was grateful his head was pain free. Even so, his eyes felt heavy when he opened them and looked around the room he was in. When his eyes landed on Chan's, he almost immediately realized where he was and sat up.

"Did it work?" was the first thought that entered his head. And as though Chan had read his mind, he scooted over to Jisung on his chair. "It's not hard to use it. You just have to think about it." His eyes scanned Jisung's before he moved back to the shelves and grabbed a hand mirror from one of them.
"Try it." Chan exclaimed as he held the mirror in front of Jisung's face so the brunet could see himself.

Jisung noticed that he still looked the same as before he got the injection. His brown hair was somewhat dishelved, probably from when he was passed out a little earlier, but more importantly, his eyes were still brown.
He wasn't really certain that using that 'power' would be so simple, but he nonetheless followed Chan's instructions.

He focused his thoughts on doing that very thing that Minho always used to get on his nerves, and in an instant his irises began to lighten until they eventually turned orange.

Jisung's eyes again became brown as he pulled back, more startled than surprised.
"Holy shit."
Chan's face reappeared in front of him in place of the mirror, this time with an unrecognizable look. "What color are they?" he asked.

"O-orange." Jisung hesitantly reached for the mirror in Chan's hand, holding it in front of him again.
"What the fuck..." the brunet stared at the vivid orange color in his eyes, delicately tapping the area surrounding his eyes. He couldn't quite believe it.

Chan gave Jisung some time to adjust to his new ability, before deciding to address a few things.
"Listen, Jisung," the blonde crossed his arms. "I need you to be careful with it, alright? Don't make me regret this."

Jisung hopped off the exam table and cautiously moved toward the door while maintaining eye contact with Chan.
"I know you wanted this because of Minho, but still, please don't use it on Minho until I know what the effects of you two using it simultaneously are." Chan seemed to notice that Jisung was impatiently waiting for him to let him leave already, and he sighed, standing up.
"And always report to me if anything weird happens, okay?"

Hands already on the door handle, the younger nodded, "Okay."

With a mix of frustration and concern in his voice, Changbin finally spoke up. "You're acting absolutely crazy."
Jisung noticed Changbin's skeptical expression, and said "I know it sounds weird, but watch closely." As he focused on Changbin, his eyes shimmered, shifting from their usual color to a captivating shade of orange. Just as the black haired stepped closer, mesmerized, Jisung quickly blinked, breaking the connection, and his eyes reverted to their normal color.

Startled and taken aback, Changbin's face contorted with concern as he felt the inexplicable pull dissipate. "What was that?" His voice was tinged with unease. "What the fuck, Jisung?"

Jisung took a breath before explaining everything to his best friend.

"You're telling me this Chan made that possible? And that Minho dude has been using it on you? What? Why? Wait is he- are you-?"
The brunet quickly interjected, sensing Changbin's unspoken question. "No, no, it's not like that," he said, "Minho just using it to get on my fucking nerves, I don't know."

There was a lingering silence until Changbin raised his voice again.
"I wonder what would happen if you both used it on each other simultaneously. Would it cancel out, or do you think something even weirder might happen?"

Jisung explained to him that Chan had been very clear when he told him that him and Minho shouldn't use it on each other until he figured out what it'd do.
"That sounds like a wise approach, actually." Changbin nodded in agreement. "It's probably best not to take any risks."

Even though Jisung had already expected that kind of reaction from his best friend, a hint of frustration flickered in his eyes, but he masked it with a forced smile.
Deep down, he couldn't help feeling conflicted. A part of him wanted to listen to Chan's advice and refrain from any risks, while another part really wanted to test the limits of their ability.
