Y/n's pov

Five and I were out for coffee at Griddys, talking about our day. "My day wasn't that eventful, but I got a new book that I've really been wanting to read." I said. "Oh? What's it called?" Asked five. "Every Heart an Open Door." I replied "haven't heard that one. What's it about?" Five doesn't care whether my day was boring or if it was full of events. He always want to know what I was doing and how I was feeling. Thats one thing I loved about him. How much he cared for me. I could tell him I just sat and zoned out thinking all day and he would want to know what I was thinking about. He would do anything to know what I was up to.

I explained the book to him and asked how his day was. "It's going good so far, thought about you a lot." He smiled. I smiled back and held his hand. "I love you" I say. "I love you too beautiful."
I look behind him to a guy checking me out making me feel uncomfortable. Five noticed and looked behind him and saw the guy looking at my chest and thighs, he got annoyed and suggested we leave. "Please?" I asked, my tone firm and uncomfortable. We stood up leaving a tip for the waitress and left.

Later that night I was reading the book I got earlier today after I had a warm shower. Five wasn't at home and it's getting late. I won't lie I'm a little worried but five can handle himself and he'll come home sooner or later.

Fives pov

After that weirdo kept checking y/n out I took her home. "My love, I'll be out for a little while ok?" I told her. "Um ok love, be safe." She said then kissed my cheek. "I love you, bumble" I said then walked out the door. My phone went off and I pulled it out of my pocket.

I found the creepy bastard at his house and I blinked inside.
I had blinked right in the middle of his living room. As he walked in he had a couple beers in his hands and jumped at the sight of me, dropping the glass bottles to the floor. "H-how the hell did you get in h-here." He asked. "Door was open." I glared at him. "You can't just walk in here kid." He said. I blinked in front of him knocking him to the floor.
"Neither can you look at my wife like you did today." I said in a frustrated tone. "WHAT THE HELL?!" He cried "now listen to me you worthless piece of shit, if I ever see you looking at my wife again I'll kill you in your sleep."
"Understand?" I spat with my jaw clenched. "Whats a twerp like you gonna do to stop me." He scoffed. "Looks like we're choosing the hard way."

Y/n's pov

I heard five come home around midnight but I ignored it and kept reading my book. He walked through the door to our room covered in blood. I was shocked. "Five, Why the hell are you covered in blood?!" I cried. "Lets just say that guy won't be coming near you ever again darling." He said walking over. He plopped on our bed right on top of me, his head right buried in my chest, and his arms wrapped around my waist, cuddled up to me looking absolutely exhausted. "Honey, I love you, but is that blood fresh?" I asked. He shook his head.

I rubbed his back and held him tight. "I love you darling, so much." He said. "I love you too hubby." I said playing with his hair. He lifted his head and i saw it was as red as a cherry. "Say it again... I liked it..." He hesitated. I smiled mischievously and decided to take advantage of the situation.
"Hubby~" I said teasing him, He blushed profusely. I giggled and gave hime a kiss. "Come on, lets get you cleaned up." I said with a smile.

The rest of the night we ended up cuddling together with our legs intertwined.
