The rain was pouring down on the window bars, causing a dubious whacking sound as they dropped against the heavy metal material. The weather outside was dreamy and breathtaking. The downpour was straight, rapid, and stunning as it fell over the ground, making small water bubbles dance swiftly. A fragrant smell of wet mud filled the nostrils, giving more enjoyment of the heavenly atmosphere. The thunders and rumblings of clouds were making a melody of their own as the sky turned dark, giving a fake impression of night.

But none could stop what was happening in this mansion. All the arrangements were made and everything was in favor of that one thing. Today was their nikkah day. Ironically, the process sped up as soon as Andaleeb brought up the wish to see her family. That was her decision when she decided to marry Aurang as well, and she would meet her parents after a while.

But contrary to the past, she was a victim now, and this made her craving to reach her dear ones as soon as possible. At least she could manage to see them before her death. At least they would become aware of what happened to her. Or maybe they would come at peace with the fact that their daughter was alive later on, whether they chose to accept her back or not.

The Andaleeb who eloped with Aurang and this girl were totally different. Now she had stayed a month with a stranger guy in his house without any relationship. That would be considered a disgrace no matter which class you belonged to. Even though nothing happened between her and Masab, but people would always be quick to judge. And who knew after getting what he wanted, Masab wouldn't allow her to meet her parents. Using his obsession with her to make him do whatever she wanted now seemed the best option.

Masab agreed to this premature nikkah as opposite to his earlier plan when she herself brought it up on that breakfast table a couple of days ago. His reasons for not bringing her into the public's eyes were still there, but he couldn't just make her feel more disgust for him. If he would now say no, she would think that he just wanted her body. Just last night, Andaleeb mentioned that she wanted to meet her family. And the only way to allow her that was by making her his forever. Nothing was unexpected from this girl who would go to any extent for her freedom. So a permanent way was necessary so that her fate would get locked with his.

"If you want to meet your family, then I can only allow that once you will become wife," Masab told her, without any second thought.

That was also necessary for his own family to accept the woman of his choice. He was well aware that they wouldn't disagree and force him if he told them that he loved another woman, not Hoorain, and wanted to marry her, but if he introduced Andaleeb as any random girl without a family, it would be disrespectful. He, for now, wanted to consider her parents and bring her into his life with dignity and honor as someone who was really from a prestigious family.

"What do you mean by that?" She asked in confusion, putting the cup of coffee on the table.

She stared at him with gritted brows as he sat on the chair across from hers. Masab was right now wearing a black kurta trousers set, which was screaming expensive and branded. With his hair diligently combed behind and his glowing attractive features, no doubt he was a handsome guy but right now, she despised him more than anyone else.
