Inside of a diner in the city of Kuoh, the Sky Soarer or Ex-SOLDIER, Cloud Strife looked out the window as he accompanied Team RWBY. In actuality, it was Ruby who convinced Cloud to come with them, while he mostly preferred to stay in the church.

Yang: Yeah, why don't you sit down? Aren't your feet killing ya?

Yang: Well, suite yourself.
Looking at her scroll, Weiss gets a text from Nero, being informed of the assassin that tried to kill Damien.
Weiss: I don't understand. Why would someone try to kill Damien of all people?
Blake: Perhaps he's important then we initially thought.
Ruby: Uncle Qrow did say that he can hold himself well in a fight. I mean, he fought Adam before.
Blake: ...
Yang: You doing alright, Blake?
Blake: Hm? Yeah, I'm fine... It's just... I can't understand how Adam can be alive and declare a massacre on the whole world. Especially this one.
Yang: I don't blame you... I mean, it got a lot worse.
Yang thinks back to that moment when she saw her mother lose her arm to Adam. Thinking back on the memory, she looks at her robotic arm and thinks back to when she lost her arm to Adam.

Blake keeps on looking at Yang for awhile before she took notice.
