Chapter 8

Heaven POV

I wanted to tear up when I saw him. He brought back so many  happy memories. I honestly thought we were going to be partners in crime. He is still talking to someone. When the person finally leaves he looks quickly up towards me then back down then back at me. His eyes widen then he smiles. He runs to me and I meet him halfway and jump into his arms giving him that 'I miss you so much'  hug. He rubs the center of back and whispers 'I miss you' and 'Its been so long' and other sweet nothings.

Ace was one of the three best friends that I had. He was also the only other person who I didn't let his memory get erased because he was actually beaten by his parents.

"Heaven I missed you where have you been I thought you died" I pull my head out of the crook of his neck and look at him. He looks hotter than the last time a saw him. He's as tall as Giovanni with pixel blonde hair and Blue eyes he's a bit pale with an ever so tiny tan and a pretty muscular build. But not where its disgustingly big. Then I give him a smug smirk. He kisses me on both of my cheeks and we hear a low growl from Giovanni. I turn my head while still in Ace's arm to look at Giovanni. His eyes are going from gold to black so that's my cue to get down. I hop down from his arms and we do our handshake we smack the back and front of our hands and snap our fingers. Simple I know but its special to us.

"So Heaven you still mute" I nod

"Must be cool still doing the regular deeds" He emphasizes deeds and I nod. That's when Giovanni steps up and hugs me from behind wrapping his arms around my chest placing his head on my shoulder.

"Hi I'm Giovanni so how do you know Heaven"

"Well we were best friends before she moved you know she doesn't stay any place too long she is always on the go" Ace says never breaking our gazes

"Why" Giovanni says with slight anger and hurt in his voice

"She might tell you when she's ready" I look at Giovanni for a moment he look like he is mind-linking someone.

"Anyway can we go out sometime Heaven to catch up but just as you know friends" I nod. Giovanni growls again

"Hey it can be like a group thing we can get some of me and Heaven's friends and go out" Giovanni suggests but its clear he doesn't want me to go by myself. If only knew I can handle myself very well.

"Sure we could go to a club or something" I nod my head vigorously

"Great How about tomorrow at eight o'clock" I hold my thumbs up. He waves goodbye and he leaves. Just then Lauren Giovanni's mom comes in dressed in a tight white knee length dress and nude heels which look great against her tan skin.

"Heaven come on dear dinner is ready" She grabs my hand and leads me to the dining area with Giovanni Mase and Dylan following behind. When arrive in the dining area I see Ceasar, Rickey, Vincent Nicki Jordan and Aiden casually having a conversation with each other. When they hear the click clacks of Lauren's heels they look our way they look a bit surprised when they see me Mase and Dylan.

"Hey" the gang says to us. We mumble a quick hello and I just wave slightly, We sit down and began silly conversations about me mostly.

"So Heaven where is your hometown" Ceasar asks I look to Mason and sign something to him

"Umm she says that she doesn't have a hometown she just comes from simply everywhere"

"So Heaven how long do you plan to stay in Houston" Lauren asks everyone looks to me for an answer I sign to Mase

" She says not long actually I plan to leave very soon I don't stay anywhere to long" There's is an eerie silence everyone just stares at me. I look to Giovanni he looks like he's about to go full wolf at any second but he doesn't.
