With a Broken Lie will be both romantic and heartbreaking; you might also feel disturbed by a few characters' background stories. For example, our main female character is portrayed as a prostitute. But let's (also) learn about Japanese and Korean history, which mainly will form a solid foundation for this story.
Additionally, note to be remembered, this story is only fictional, you all. Although I got inspired by one or two real characters who became a significant part of the world history. So yeps, let's learn about the characters first, karena ada istilah: Tak kenal maka tak sayang!

His father is Korean. •Hana (or Chaeyoung will call him 'Jaehyeon' as an alias).

•Hana is her Japanese name. •She was born in 1914 from a noble family in Pyeongyang as Chaeyoung. • In 1928, when she was only 14 years old, a Japanese troupe kidnapped her to Japan after destroying her household to an ash. • Both of her parents were dead-she is basically all by herself. • Hana was made as a prostitute when she was only 14 years old. • She waited to meet Jiro for almost 6 years.
