Meet her

!The book takes place around the time of fourth year in the World of Harry Potter, she is going to the same class as Fred and George Weasley. For the purposes of the story, Professor Lockhart teaches Defense Against the Dark Arts!

Sam, as she wants people to call her, will be 16 in a few days.She will be going to her 6th year at Hogwarts. She is very excited that her mother will no longer treat her like a small child. Even though she knows deep down that this overprotectiveness from her mother will never end.

As you probably already deducated, she lives only with her mother, unfortunately her father died while protecting them from the you-know-who's attack.

She's also excited to be back at Hogwarts because she has a little plan that she's been developing all her free time over the holidays. So that you understand, despite her intelligence, no one at school considered her to be a particularly smart girl, on the contrary, in the eyes of her classmates (and the overwhelming majority of professors), she was a troublemaker who was not interested in learning.

She wasn't doing so badly with her studies, and by the end of the year she had a slightly below-average grade. In short, she never enjoyed it. But this year she decided to be different and started preparing for all subjects in advance. Now she dared to say that even Hermione Granger might be behind her knowledge.

Today was the last day of holidays so she decided to go to her bedroom and pack her things up. Her suitcase was filled in five minutes because she was blessed with the art of wandless magic. So she packed her things with moving her hand.

When she was sure she had everything, she flopped onto the bed and closed her eyes trying to rest for a while, as she had been reading about potions and transfigurations all night. A moment of rest turned into three hours of sleep. She was snapped out of her dream by her mother, who shook her violently as if she wanted to shake her soul out of her body. „Samantha!! You will miss your train!!"

She jerked herself and ran to the car with the suitcase. Fortunately, she reached the station in time, so she didn't have to listen to her mother's words about how irresponsible and unpunctual she was.
She hastily ran for cart and wanted to leave. "Not so fast, young lady. Didn't you forget something?" Her mother said with her arms outstretched in a hug. Sam rolled her eyes: "Of course, it wouldn't be you if you didn't embarrass me in front of my classmates with your hug before leaving." When her mother finally released her grip, she said: "Don't forget to write to your embarrassing mother often" with these words she stuck a kiss in her hair and got into the car.
