The elevator doors slide open as I motion for my girls to step out. Matsu takes the initiative followed by Uzume and Kazehana.

“Oh good your back!” Yahan says from the kitchen. “Did everything go successfully?” 

“Mission Accomplished, Ya-chan!” I say as I give her a thumbs up. “ By the way, what are you cooking? It smells heavenly!”

“I'm just making a breakfast quiche, it's a recipe I saw online. I got up shortly after you left and I've spent the last 2 hours making it. It should be ready in about 10 minutes or so.” 

“I can't wait to try it, Ya-chan.” 

“Welcome home, mistress.” I turn to see Akitsu coming from the restroom. 

“Good morning Akitsu-chan!” I reply as she slowly shuffles towards the couch before sitting down. Her eyes focused on the cooking show that I assume Yahan had been watching.

Matsu disappears into the library, and comes out a few minutes later with some steamy novel in her hands. She quickly checks her tablet that had been sitting on the coffee table. “Only one Sekirei remains number 90 was winged by Nishi. So the only Sekirei that remains unwinged is Number Six. Although I suspect Minato will end up winging Homura.”

“West-san got another Sekirei?” 

“Yes, no doubt he still holds a grudge against us.”

“Did he manage to get any more?” 

“Matsu looks down at the tablet,” yes in addition he also has number 77!” 

“So that will give him five Sekirei!” Matsu nods, “Right! Keep me posted Matsu-chan!” Let me know the moment number 6 is winged. Though I suspect Minaka will probably beat you to it!”

“Haruhime! Do you mind helping set the table for breakfast?” Yahan asks. 

“Of course Yahan! I'm eager to try it, it smells delicious!” 

After only a few moments Haruhime has the table set and we are all sitting down at it in our usual positions. Yahan serves everyone and then takes her place at the table. “Dig in!”

“Itadakimasu!” Haruhime says before taking a bite. Her eyes light up with elation, as she begins to take more bites.

Akitsu blows a small amount of icy breath on it before taking a bite herself. After a few seconds she takes another. 

I look down at the dish, cut a piece off and take my own bite. The sensational flavors hit my taste buds. The taste is almost the perfect balance of sweet and savory, with just the smallest hint of heat.

“I take it, everyone likes it!” Yahan says with a smile.” It is made with bacon, sausage, 4 different cheeses, eggs, red and green peppers, and leeks. The meat was cooked in caramelized maple syrup and seasoned with a hint of Curry seasoning.”

“As always it tastes divine, Yahan. I have only ever tasted food as good as this from one person, Miya.” Matsu comments 

Yahan nods, “ I don't think I could ever be as good as her.” 

“So girls wanna go have one good day of fun before we are plunged into Stage 3?” I ask. 

All of my girls look at me, Uzume being the one to speak up. “ What did you have in mind, Saya?”

“Where would you like to go? It would obviously have to be somewhere within the city limits considering we're not allowed to leave!” 

“Oh! Can we go to Disney?” Haruhime yells, raising her hand in an almost childlike manner.
