Aly was freaking out. She'd gone two minutes down the road from Sid's place before the sheer panic had set in, she felt like she had just committed a murder. She'd kissed Sid and now she was worried he'd gone back into his party and told everyone, it was going to end up going around the office and she'd get into trouble. The copious amounts of alcohol she'd had were now at the top of her regret list, they had gone and got her into trouble. She'd waited until she vacated the Uber and got into her house before she had a full on melt down, and whether it was the anxiety or the alcohol that did it, she found herself vomiting into her kitchen sink. After ten minutes of emptying the contents of her stomach, she grabbed a pre-empted cold can of ginger ale from her fridge that her stomach really appreciated. She lay on the couch whilst she finished off her soda and ate a few crackers, suddenly feeling rather embarrassed that she'd overreacted to something she wasn't even sure was a thing. She definitely needed to ask Sid if he'd said anything and if not, could he continue keeping it quiet. She grabbed her phone to send him a text and almost laughed as she hit send because within seconds, she had a read receipt.

Hey :) I'm home. I've been home a while but was just having a snack - I didn't forget! I had a great time tonight, thank you for inviting me x

Glad you're back and safe xxx Also - I liked kissing you tonight, I've wanted to do that for a while. Don't worry, it'll be our little secret ;)

She was a little relieved that he'd not said anything, at least that's the vibe she was getting from the text message she'd received. She didn't bother replying to him, mostly because the second the relief washed over her, she sort of passed out on her couch with her phone in her hand. There was absolutely no way she was able to keep herself awake, too much alcohol remained in her system and she was exhausted.

Sid was losing his mind. Aly hadn't mentioned the kiss in her text to him and she hadn't responded to him when he'd brought it up. He spent a few minutes wondering if he'd remembered it all wrong and she hadn't been looking happy with him, however he fucking knew that kiss was wanted by both parties and he'd be damned if he would let her brush it off without at least discussing it. Which brought him to today, he was clearing out his locker for the season and he knew she'd be in her office which was exactly where he'd found himself. He headed down and walked in, knocking on the door frame and as soon as she looked up, he saw the moment of panic in her face.

He watched her heart literally fall into her ass for a split second as he started closing the door, he didn't want anyone to hear their conversation and figured she wouldn't want that either. She seemed to be a little flustered and he wasn't sure if it was him showing up here or whatever it was she was doing, but he was going to talk to her either way.

"Sid!" She folded her arms and rested them on her desk. "Hey."

"How are ya?" He grinned as he walked towards her and sat down on one of the chairs, getting himself comfy. "You recovered?"

"Just about." She smirked. "I was a write off the next day, I had a day or two off grid."

"I noticed." He smiled. "I'm just clearing out my locker but I wanted to come by and talk to you about something before I head off for the summer."

"Ok." She nodded, side eyeing her water bottle and he wondered if he was making her uncomfortable. "Shoot."

"So uh, about the other night." He rubbed the back of his neck and she pressed her lips together, there was definitely part of him that had thought he'd hallucinated those events. "So, I just wanted to check you were good? I mean, we kissed so--"
