Chapter 4: dreamless dorm, ticking clock.

Well, our life went like that for some years. Mom did some amazing concert after that dome. The company grew larger and stronger. Director got some amazing awards. Mom and I were still acting and even I won an award. Some people even started arguing that mom is better to be a singer than an idol.

But then, the day we parted begun.

Mom couldn't get out of Van so this was our last meeting for a while "now remember, always having your blanket on...."

"mama, we are not kids."

"children are always bunch of kids to their mother."

Ruby said "okay mama..." she accepted defeat.

Saitou said "you guys have to leave soon."

I knew it fallen upon me "sorry mom, but we have to go."

She hugged us "take care of yourself."

We got out of the van after a few seconds of being hugged. "good bye mom."

"bye MAMA."

Saitou got us to the train we will travel with it "you need to get off at the last station and it will take a few hours. You will reach there a little before dusk." We nodded "call us when you got there."

He gave us our ticket we nodded and said goodbye to him and board the train. We found our sits and sat on them which were next to us.

Ruby said "so, do you want to know where are we going?"

I refused to know it since I didn't care about going somewhere now that we saved mom "it's fine, we will learn it soon."

Suddenly a pair sat in front of us. Both were in casual cloths.

The boy had dark blue hair and the girl had red. The boy's hair covered his right eye and the girl was in pigtail. "hello, are you travelling alone?"

The girl seemed easy going.

The boy said "Don't ask them, they might be like us."

I got what he meant, Ruby too. They were orphan and probably adopted by a family. I said "sorry, we are not orphans but we are on a forced student exchange program."

It is amazing how that prosecutor made it to be exchange program, I wish I meet her again so I can thank her again since she saved us in the worst possible situation.

The girl looked at me "wow, how did you got that?"

"your boyfriend's face and words were sad and I guessed it."

She said "that is true about us being orphan but I rather die to date my younger brother."

"we are twins." The boy said.

Ruby ignoring us said "I know, right?"

The boy said "you have the same problems, right?"

I said "yep..."

We all laughed. The boy asked "Were are you going?"

I said "we are getting off at the last station."

"oh, that's our destination too."

The boy's and my seat were next to the window.

The girl and Ruby were gotten deep into talking.

I saw the boy taking out a mp3 player. I asked "what songs you like?"
