Spring Fair! - part three

~ kaedes pov ~

This cafe kaito chose was really good. I just realised that me and shuichi are still holding hands. No biggie. Okay im blushing really hard but ill wait for shuichi too see i-

"Gah! S-sorry kaede! I-it wont happ-pen again!!" Knew it. Hes so cute when he does that.

We sat down, maki and kaito obviously making us sit next to eachother. Anyways, i ordered a milkshake and an icecream, shuichi hadn't ordered anything. Not even a drink? Ill probably make him have some of mine.

He looks like hes in pain? But hes blushing? Like really hard? Me and maki look at shuichi and then look at eachother. Both of us had the same shocked expression. Shuichi looked at kaito, stood up and said "guys..i need to use the restroom quickly..." He ran to the restroom, kaito following.

"Do you know whats happening maki?" "I was gonna ask the same thing." "Thats very weird of shuichi, hes not like that."

~shuichis pov~

It happened again. It hurts. 

"Hey shuichi did it happen again?" "Y-yes.." i dont know what it was, but kaito said it was being 'lovestruck', i couldnt tell if it was an actual sickness or if he was just joking. But it really hurt. It was like there was something punching my..heart. but it wasnt like...a heart attack. It was good? I know it sounds crazy but its basically where ive been flustered for too long, or someone who i have a crush on - in this case being kaede - and it would work its way up until it hurts my heart. Atleast it wasnt bad. I walked out of the stall, it didnt hurt that much anymore.

"Is it gone?" "Nope, but it doesnt hurt that much anymore.."  "thats good to hear. Lets go back."

"Okay.." "also, bro. You need to eat something."

"I'll try." "Dont worry, i have something planned. Trust me." He winked at me, that wasnt good. I mean it might've been good for me but hes probably gonna do something that makes me blush really hard.

We got back, kaede immediately asking me questions.

"What happened? Are you okay?" "Yes, im fi-" "okay, thats really good to hear shui!" She hugged me. It was so sudden. I was blushing hard, and i was frozen in place. Kaito caught on. "H-hey kaede maybe let go of him now." "Ah, okay then." "Thank you" i whisper to kaito. My seat was next to the window, as kaito was opposite. I wonder what kaede and maki spoke about, she was blushing a bit.

"Ah, thank you for caring kaede." "No problem!" She giggled and it sounded adorable.

I blush a bit harder. Gah, she was pretty.

"Hey shuichi, your really red." Kaito looks over at me, distracting kaede while i try to make my face less red. Why was i blushing so hard?

Thats when i realised.

She was so, very close to me. Very.
