oh my goodness! I've confessed! Ahhhhhhhhhh!! I can't stop thinking about him! I dont think we've told anyone yet, I don't want that stupid little kokichi finding out, he'll tell everyone.

Shui : I was wondering if you wanted to come over to mine?

Shui : it's only my uncle, but he won't bother us

Shui : he's very nice I promise!

Kaede : sure! Should I come over now?

Shui : sure

~ shuichis pov ~

I can't wait for kaede to come over, she's all I've been thinking about!

I hope she hasn't told anyone, that would be sudden. I don't think she has though. Kaito doesn't know either, he was watching us but didn't hear I think. ( A/N I can't remember if he heard them so pretend he didn't )

I suddenly hear a knock on my door. Well, the houses door.

"Ah, let's see who's at the doo-"

"I'll get it uncle, don't worry."

"Oo, is it a girl?"

"Y-yeah but it's nothing like that I swear!"

"Okay, sure.'

I gently open the door. And kaedes there! She looked so pretty, like usual.

"Hi shui! Can I come in yet?" "Ah, sure!" I let her sit down in my room, as I quickly speak to my uncle. "Shui? That's a new one." "Uncle I swea-" "yes, I heard. Just joking." "Okay."

I walk up to my room, and kaedes sitting in my chair. It's one of those spinny chairs, that spins around when you sit in it. Of course, she was spinning in it. I wasn't bothered though, I usually do that too. "That took long!" "Ah, s-sorry kaede." "I'm just kidding." She tugged on my sleeve, and I sat next to her. "You look p-pretty kaede." I brushed hard, even though we were together it still made me blush. I'd never had a crush before, so that's why I get so flustered easily. "Hey shuichi, did you hear about Mr. Kirigiri? The principal? " "Oh yeah, what about him?" "That's kyokos dad, the other detective girl." "Did you not know?" "N-no?!"

We spoke for a while, and then she sat on my bed. "Wow, your room is really cool by the way shui! It's quite organised. It's not unexpected from someone like you, you know." "What do you mean by someone like you?" "I-i didn't mean it in a bad way!" "It's fine, just playing around." 

I sat down next to her, and she suddenly hugged me. It kinda made me jump. But I liked it. "Did I scare you?" She giggled. "Y-yeah a little."

~ a few hours later... ~

*knock knock knock* "shuichi? Are you in there still?" I couldn't hear him, me and kaede were asleep. "Shuichi!" I finally woke up. Kaede was asleep ontop of me, hugging me. We didn't do anything weird! I promise! We just..uh..kissed a little. I'm not used to it, but it was nice I guess.

I got up, and opened my door slightly. I hadn't realised I had a few kiss marks on my face, embarrassing. "Just friends, huh shuichi?" My uncle said, laughing slightly. "W-what is it?" "Just asking if you and your *girlfriend* wanted some dinner." Girlfriend, right. I wasn't too used to the words yet. 

"Ah, lemme ask." I shut the door gently. "Kaede, wake up please." "Hmm..? Shuichi, what is it?" "Do you want some food?" "Mhm..ah shuichi. You have some marks on your face." Ah, right. I walked to the bathroom, kaede walking downstairs. I washed the marks off of my face.

~ a few minutes later ~

~ kaedes pov ~

"This food looks really good! Sorry, what should I call you?"

"You could call me his uncle, I don't really mind." Shuichi walked downstairs, sitting next to me. "Sorry I took a while.." "it's fine."
