St. Louis, a city located within the United States of America, situated within the State of Missouri. This city is well known for it to be the largest riverport within the United States itself. It is well known that the crime rate and Villain activity is all at the downlow, allowing the American Heroes to traverse the rest of the United States to take care of any other Villain problem.
However, Kieran Castiel alongside both David Shield and his Melissa Shield had just gotten out of the airport as they were waiting at the entrance. Kieran understandably was quite bored as he was busy on his phone, scrolling through for some news that he could look at to pass the time. He ended up reading about reports on the Number One American Hero known as Star and Stripe as she has managed to defeat some Villains again. He knew of the Number One Hero of America mainly because of certain facts.
One of her main inspirations was of course, the supposed Number One Hero of Japan, All Might. As far as he knew about the whole thing is that Melissa's father, David Shield used to work alongside All Might during his stay in the United States. Many knew that she was an All Might fangirl, but in a way, it helped her learn what was right and what was wrong. Kieran's knowledge of her Quirk was honestly limited as she had one of the most unique Quirks imaginable as it was known as New Order.
From what he could research by piecing things together, New Order allows her to set a new rule upon possibly her surroundings. The media hasn't been able to tell on how she's able to do it in the first place, though with the media struggling to understand her Quirk properly, the Villains would never have an advantage against her. Kieran could consider this a good thing, since Star and Stripe has always been a Hero that saves those who are in trouble, similar to how All Might does it.
Though while his mind was still processing on the information provided, he heard a familiar voice call out to the group.
???: "David!"
David Shield recognized the voice as he turned his head to meet the man who called out to him. Having light brown hair, along with having a short brown beard with dusty brown eyes, he had a warm smile plastered on his face. When many look at him, many could assume him to be coming from an older time period. Though this man is actually none other than Kieran's grandfather, Damon Castiel.

David: "Ah Damon! Good to see you doing well."
David says with a happy expression in return as they both go into a small hug, appreciating each other for keeping to their word. As the two separated, Damon simply raised an eyebrow as he had a smug expression.
Damon: "You seemed to have aged fairly well yourself."
Melissa: "Hey there Uncle Damon!"
Damon then shifted his gaze towards Melissa who ran up to him to hug him tightly, making Damon chuckle in happiness as he simply returned the favour.
Damon: "Little Mel! You seemed to have grown up! How have things been?"
