Ghost: Hi guys I'm just gonna do an authors note here before we start the chapter.

G: This story will have slower updates, the publishing of the story will change and you won't get weekly published chapters. I'm hoping to post once every 2 weeks that way I could reread my chapters before I post it.

G: This chapter has 1540 Words.

Lucille's POV,

After I was done hanging out with Brianna I went back home and walked over inside the house to see mom cooking dinner. "It smells good." I told her as she looked at me and smiled.

"Yes, dinner will be late since Lunar is out with Benji. She texted me saying she'll be home in about 30 minutes." Mom said.

I looked at her again. "She's out with Ben?" I asked. My mom nodded. "I see." I said to myself as I went up to my room and took off my clothes to put on black loose track pants but kept on my white T-shirt. I ended up taking my bicolor that cuts down the middle —Black on my left side and white on my right side— sweater and covering my T-shirt with it.

I paced the room back and forth waiting for my sister to arrive as I looked at the time. She said she'd be home in 30 minutes, now it's 5 minutes left as I looked out the window before I heard mom call out for dinner as I yelled out an okay as I stared at the window again before I see a limo driving and parking on our driveway as I see Luna coming out of the limo. I immediately ran downstairs to see my sister.

I felt reassured when she finally walked inside as she yelled. "I'm home." To our mom and me.

Mom walked to the porch as she saw me hug Luna and smiled. "Right on time. Supper is ready." She said.

Luna nodded and glared at me to get off her so I did as I unwrapped my arms from her before I saw her get the sneakers off. She walked into the kitchen as I followed behind her as we both sat down on the supper table.

"How was hanging out with Benji?" I asked her.

"It was great." I heard her say.

"What did you do?" Mom chimed in wanting to know what her other daughter did. I couldn't help but feel a little bit jealous. Mom didn't ask me what I did with Brianna and I got home before Luna.

I breathed out and mentally calmed down. I heard Luna talk about what she did.

"Horseback riding?" She asked Luna.

I quickly looked at Luna. "He took you horseback riding?" I asked shocked.

Luna nodded as she smiled. "Yeah and it was really fun too." She said.

We nodded as Mom looked at me.

"How was your hang out with Brianna?" Mom finally asked me about my day with my own friend. That made my little ounce of jealousy disappear.

"It was great. We hung out at the mall, went shopping for clothes. I found this cute new dress, tried it on and it was so pretty that I ended up buying it." I said. "And we went to an escape room." I added.

"Oh my god that sounds so fun." My sister said.

Mom placed our food down and we all started eating.

We ate dinner. It was pasta. Specifically Gnocchi dumplings, Gnocchi's taste like pasta but it's really just mashed potatoes, flour and eggs. Mom just boils them first until the dumplings float to the top, take them out and fry them in a seasoning she made. She had put some rice on the side too as I watched Luna put some ketchup on the rice.
