Small high-pitched cries coming from baby moonshadow elf, her parents' ears lift up hear her cries coming from their bedroom. Lain looked at his wife and leaned kissing on her cheek. "I'll get her, my love." Tiadrin said and walked to her and Lain's bedroom, meeting in front of the wooden crib. "Oh what's wrong my dear. I just put you to sleep an hour ago." her arms scoop up her daughter and bring close to her upper chest as her hand laid on Rayla and hushed her gently, turning away from the crib and sitting on the bed.

Rayla's spark purple eyes grew tears, her eyes looking up at her mother. Tiadrin opened her mouth but not too widely as she started to hum softly. "Though the sky is dark tonight, I still shine for you, my dear. The moon is more than just her light, I am near, my love is here." She sang the lullaby to her daughter, she smiled as she chuckled little.

Each Year of every time Rayla grew, she learned something new, she experiences something new, she struggles with something new. No matter how much she disliked it or not, she went through it on her own... plus once in while she got some help.

Rayla's first step... well more like a couple first steps.

"Runaan, she just started standing and crawling all over the place." Tiadrin reminded Runaan who's holding Rayla's hands inside of Ethari and Runaan's home. "It'll take another couple months or another year and half for her to learn to walk." she told him and heard him huff softly and grin little. "You'll be surprised enough of how much Rayla will surprise you both" he replied causing Tiadrin to smirk and roll her eyes and shake her head.

Runaan just put Rayla on the ground for her to rest since he had her standing while holding her for almost an hour. He faced Tiadrin when they continued talking about some other stuff. "It's not that I don't want kids, just never planned or thought about it. It was out of nowhere when he asked," Runaan said, talking about when Ethari had talked about starting a family one day. "Didn't I hear you and your ex-girlfriend had talked about and planned since you both were like 16?" Tiadrin questioned and frowned, confused by his response.

"Well more like our parents planned it, we were actually promised to be together forever." he muttered, he looked down keeping an eye on Rayla who was trying to stand up by having her hands leaning on his knee. "That plan backfired and ended up with a guy at age 18 and next we all knew, you both got married, moved into Ethari's cousin's house, supported each other's work even though Ethari had some concerns but respected and trusted yours, and then now you're both already officially Rayla's guardians of the moon parents." Tiadrin said, causing Runaan to cuckles and shook his head gently and turned his head to Rayla but suddenly he frowned and noticed Rayla wasn't near his knee and they looked up and saw Rayla was standing a few inches away from them.

Before Runaan could reach her arm, she took one step forward using her feet, Runaan and Tiadrin took quick glance at each other. Very much surprised by what they saw. Rayla continued taking another step and another step slowly rather than quickly, she giggled until she reached her father when Lain and Ethari walked into the home and all four had just seen, "da-di!" Rayla exclaimed and her arms reached up before she bent her knee and her hands went to the ground as soon as Lain picked her up and placed her on the side of his hip. He chuckles when they come and stand next to each other. "Can't believe we saw her take a few steps." Lain said as they all laughed. "That's our girl..." Runaan softly whispers and his eyes glance at Ethari, seeing him all smiled and happy seeing Rayla walking for the first time.

Rayla's first time swimming.

Lain and Ethari with Rayla of age 6, "Remember just kick your knee and feet and paddle your hands, we're not going to let you go until you get it." Lain told her and she slowly and Ethari used his hand to lift her chin gently. "Keep her head up so your nose can breathe." Ethari told her.
