Chapter 6- Happy Birthday Speak Now

Today is Speak Now's birthday and I know the perfect gift to give her.

I had a huge scare yesterday, I barely arrived and I already had to worry about birthday presents. Something I'm TERRIBLE at, but I think I got it right this time.

I'm going to give her a kitten. She commented that she likes cats so I can't go wrong.

I woke up VERY early in the morning, like VERY EARLY, to look for the kitten and try to find a way to hide her from Speak.

I put on a blue shirt that I usually tie at the end, a pair of red shorts, my sneakers and went to get her gift.

But I didn't know that TS was a kind of rooster and wakes up with the sun. As soon as I got home she came to question me.

TS: What is this, Red?

She said pointing to the box I had in my hands.

Red: Promise not to tell anyone?

I asked, and she nodded.

Red: This is a kitten I got for Speak Now as a gift, but please don't tell her.

TS: You can trust me, Red. I'm not going to tell anything.

She stated, puffing out her chest and expressing confidence.

I took the box again and went up to my room.

Once there, I put the box on my desk and started looking for a ribbon to make a bow.

I heard Debut tell Fearless about the cat, which means I can't tell her secrets.

While I was decorating it, the kitten escaped from the box and started wandering around my room, it seems that I get along well with cats.

☆Speak Now

TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY! I'm always very excited on this day, and today marks two years since I was released.

I woke up much later than usual, but that's ok, I still have the whole day to enjoy.

I get out of bed and start getting ready for the day, I'm usually pretty excited in the morning so I jumped in the shower.

When I got out of the shower, I got ready and went to answer messages from mom (aka Taylor).

I know Taylor isn't our mother officially, but like, she wrote us so we call her that.

When I had finished answering mom, I heard a knock on my door.

SN: Come in!

Red: Hi Speaks!

Red said, entering my room with a well-decorated box.

SN: Hi Red! What is that?

I said pointing to the mystery box.

Red: Well, actually this is a simple little thing I brought you, since today is your birthday, right?

Red said, sitting in front of me.

SN: Really?!

Red: I don't know if you'll like it but I hope so.

I took the package from her hands and started unpacking the package.

When I opened... THERE WAS A SCOTTISH FOLD KITTEN INSIDE!

I gave a scream so loud that even the Eras that wasn't released yet must have heard it.

SN: I CAN'T BELIEVE IT RED!

I said, taking the small animal and petting it.

Red: You mentioned that you liked cats and that you always wanted one, so I gave you one.
