Chapter 12: Aftermath

Vale: Hospital

In one of the larger Rooms in the Hospital, we can see Ruby Rose of Jaune's (HSR) World, waking up. It's been a couple of days, specifically three days, since they lost against Jaune (HSR), Jaune (Rider), and Jaune (Darth). Ruby looks at her arms, seeing the Scars that Jaune (Rider) inflicted upon her are still there, Aura doing nothing to heal them. She then looks over to the Window, seeing the City of Vale, with it being nothing but destroyed. The Armies of the Jaunes have left, with Vale dealing with the aftermath.

Ruby remembers they had to be transferred to a different Hospital when the Black Arms Soldiers and Elites attacked the original Hospital they were in. But unbeknownst to Ruby, they had a reason why they didn't go after them. Ruby clutching her fists in anger, seeing herself be helpless in not stopping this Threat. Like what a Hero would do in this time of peril.

But in reality, there is a much darker truth on why Ruby is joining this Genocidal Crusade.

Flashback

SLAM!

Yang: To think that Faker is still alive!! And has some kind of Power as well!!

She slams her hand on the Wall, as Yang and Ruby are walking in the Halls of Beacon. This took place right after Mason showed the entirety of Vale and Beacon that the Faker is alive, and powerful.

Ruby: Yang.....I don't know if I can do this.....

Yang: What? Give the Faker a beatdown he'll never forget? Come on, Rubes. You've done that before to the Faker. This here is nothing new.

Ruby: But Yang!! We're going to kill People!! Innocent People!! I'm joining to take down the Criminal, but not to hurt those People!! Even if they side with him!!

Yang frowns, not liking the answer Ruby gave her. But something inside of Yang, something inside of her mind, is thinking of a diabolical and sinister plan to let Ruby join this Genocidal Crusade. After all, they will need everyone they got to defeat the Faker and his so called Weak Allies.

Yang: But Ruby, if you join this Battle. You would be known as a Multiversal Hero if you stop those Fakers and their Groups.

Ruby: What?

Yang smiles, she has Ruby on the heels, and now it's time to reel her in.

Yang: I mean. Everyone here in Remnant sees them as the Bad Guys. Criminals that need to be put down. And with you taking out the Faker, the one leading those Armies, you would be hailed as a Hero. And no doubt Mom would be so proud of you.

Ruby: Mom would be proud.....

Yang: That's right. She would be so proud that you accomplished the goal she always wanted you to have, to be a Hero. And you can become one by joining this Mission. I mean, we did take down the White Fang, and you took out Torchwick's Goons back in the Docks. You can do the same here, but everybody will see you as the Hero who saved the day. And everybody will know your Tale like the Stories Mom always told us.

Ruby: But, those Innocent-

Yang: They're not Innocent, they all work for the Faker, and don't you see, the Faker has always looked down on us, moreso all of his other Versions. They had the guts to come here with Fake Transcripts and come back stronger than ever. It's making a mockery of all our hard work, your hard work, Ruby. And all those that follow him are no better. They must be stopped at all costs. You get me, Ruby?

She looks at Ruby as she can be seen looking down. Yang thinks she hasn't gotten to her yet, but to her surprise, she sees Ruby looking at her with a determined expression.
