Faye chose to follow her dream job instead of accepting her father's offer to work for their company. It has been her passion, taking pictures. She loved the feeling of capturing everything, the people, the scenery, the tall skyscrapers.
She's a freelance photographer and a videographer alongside with her team/friends Pam, Marisa and Folk.

"Faye, are we going to accept Mr Cruz's offer?" her friend Pam asked her while editing their recent event

"What was that again?"

"He said he wanted to hire us for the photoshoot for their upcoming fashion show"
Faye nodded

"I'll think about it Pam"

"But it's almost a week now Faye"

"But we have a lot of pending right now and we needed to finish all of this by the end of the month"

"Please think about it, that's a lot of money" pam said grinning while eating her chips

"Tsk! you and you're money" Faye shakes her head and put her headphones on

It's already 3 pm and they didn't bother preparing for their lunch and now they are like a hungry beast waiting for the cup noodles to be cooked for nth time.

"I can't believe we're eating this again" folk said as he was biting his chopsticks

"It's your fault, it's your job to cook" Marissa rolled her eyes

"But I was busy too. The people inside the chapel just didn't know where to go, did they just pretend not to see that I was standing there with my tripod filming? Now I can't put the whole video.  i almost lost my patience there" he said as he tried to remember the incident that had happened

"That's fine folk, you did your job anyway. Just try to  find a better spot next time" Faye tapped his shoulder

"Let's eat!" pam shouted excitedly

Faye finished her cup and stood up. She puts her laptop inside her bag and fix herself in front of the mirror wearing her black cap.

"You going somewhere?" Marissa ask

"Yeah. I need some air. You guys can go home too or you can stay here, the bed is big enough" she replied and made her way outside their small studio

She drives her car gifted by her father when she turned 25. That was 5 years ago and it's still working very fine. She smiled, she's eager to go there as soon as possible. She was tapping her steering wheel happily.
She arrived safely and entered the shop and welcomed by the familiar aroma. She inhaled and smiled

"Hi,-"

"Latte right?" the barista smiled at her

"Yes and can I ?" she said hinting if she could go upstairs again

"As long as you want miss Faye" the barista nodded
"You can go directly next time after ordering"

"Really?"

"Yes" the barista replied

Faye made her way upstairs. It's already 5pm, but she found no one inside the garden.
She opened her bag and put her laptop on the table and started to work.

"Your latte ma'am" the server smiled

"Thank you" she replied

She placed her things and put her laptop on the table and started working. She still wearing her cap.
She puts her earbuds and play her favorite song on repeat. (Van Gogh by Dept)

The pale woman arrived and sit on her usual spot. She found the other woman who's back was facing her. She did not mind her and started writing on her tablet.

(A cafe terrace gleaming in the night time
where I sit and write my mind
take it away
take it away
don't take it away)

Faye sang a bit loud not minding if anyone could hear her.

"Hmmm that voice is familiar" the pale woman remove her earbuds, she felt something weird in her chest when she heard the woman Infront of her was singing beautifully.

After 5 hours, Faye started packing and about to leave

"Fucking hell!" she held her chest when she saw the pale woman, she was staring at her without any emotion

"Did I scare you again miss? Do I really look like a ghost?" the pale woman asked

"No ma'am! It's just me and my coffee!" she replied immediately

"Ma'am?"

"Y-yes. Because you look respectable and clean, I mean you look fine -"

"Stop. I know what you mean" the pale woman put her hand up to stop her from stuttering and continue scrolling on her tablet

"Unbelievable" Faye nodded sarcastically and leave the place

She slammed her car door
"She looked intimidating but I can't take her chipmunk face seriously!" she laughed

She started her engine and leave the the café quickly. Afraid that her mother will nag at her again

The pale woman cracked a smile when Faye was nowhere to be seen. She thought it was hilarious when her face was flustered. She thought she looked like a cat

"Stupid" she shakes her head and call her driver to pick her up
