Deku climbed through my window and started climbing down. I stood there, looking down with a lot of hesitation.
"...Deku... are you sure about this?"

"Come on, hurry." Deku said annoyed at me already.

I sighed.
"If I fall to my death, will you catch me?"

Deku smiled suddenly as he looked up at me. A breeze pushed his green hair to one side. "No."

I stepped away from the window, looking at my room.
"Laptop, I'll miss you. If I die, don't let anyone see how many times I googled how to build a bomb."

I fist swung one leg out of the window, finding a place to put it before I climbed out with my second leg.

I slowly climbed down, conscious about Deku a few feet below me.
Finally he reached the ground and waited for me.

"Just jump the last part." He said.

"I'll break my legs."

"You're not that high up."

"Yes I am!"

"Jump!"

I glared down at him.
"I know you're a villain and all, but...." His glare sharpened and I swallowed the other half of my would be insult.
I turned back to the wall.
Should I jump? I didn't want to. I knew I wouldn't die but—
I imagined the ground just a few feet below me and I took a breath. I jumped.

Suddenly two arms caught me and I opened my eyes again.
"I live!"

"Sadly," Deku grumbled as he let go of me, letting me jump on my feet excitedly.

"Hey, I did great," I chuckled, feeling the adrenaline making me shaky, "Like, I that was a lot of stories up..."

"The jump was only one floor up." Deku said as he started walking.

"I meant the climb, but the jump was still too far up." I followed him and he pulled his hood up.

We stepped from the alley into the busy street.
I looked around, feeling strange about nobody knowing I was out of the house.
Rebellious!

We walked for a long time while I tried to keep knowing where we were. The city was big. To think that I only moved here a week ago felt weird. I was familiar with it rather quickly.

"We're here," Deku announced as he stopped walking. He looked up at a large empty building.
I looked as well and noticed an open window.

"Are we grabbing the door?"

"Nope."

"Ah crap," I muttered as I kept on looking at the window. We were at the less busy part of the city, in one of the less busy streets. Nobody would come here if they weren't supposed to be there, and there was no reason for someone to supposed to be here.

I sighed.
"Climbing, right?" I walked up to the wall, "You probably do this a lot."

"I do," Deku nodded, "I'll catch you if you fall."

I glanced at him, giving him a smile before I started climbing up.

Once at the window I climbed inside, finding myself in an empty room.

Deku was right behind me and he put his finger in front of his mouth, signalling I should stay quiet.

He opened the door and walked though. Feeling confident it would be okay, I followed him.

Suddenly Deku walked into another room and I followed him.
Before I could step inside though, something happened.

An arm immediately grabbed me and I got pushed against the wall.
A hand covered my mouth and I looked up to see someone with a mask on. He stared at me before gesturing to someone.
I didn't even try to struggle as I just stared.
What was happening? Was I going to die?

"Let her go," a cold voice spoke. I realised that was Deku's voice, how did he manage to sound so dark?

"He's here?"

"You thought I wouldn't notice this being a trap?" Deku said as he chuckled, "I brought you a trap, a live one! Much cooler huh!"

The person in front of me suddenlu threw me to the ground. I accidentally bit on my tongue as my head hit the ground.
"Ouch!" I glared up only to find a gun in front of my face. Now I froze up.

"Aw, little whore is shaking," the masked person taunted, "What stops me from shooting her here and now?"

"Nothing," Deku shrugged. I looked up at him. Shit! I thought he had my back!?

My heart beat like crazy as I stared up at the gun.

"Deku," another masked person said, "You've got the files you were looking for, now leave. There's no need for any of us to get hurt."

"You tried to trap me and to attack me from behind," Deku hissed, "Why shouldn't I kill every single one of you?"

"I'll shoot her!"

"Do so, I don't care," Deku waved it off.

I looked passed the gun at one of the villains. "Bro, just let me walk off please."

The masked person stared down at me now. I realised he was distracted, before suddenly a foot kicked him in the face.
My eyes widened as the gun thudded to the ground next to me.
"Shit!" I sat up and grabbed it as my brain got wild ideas.

Deku was already beating up the second guy as I got up with the gun in my hands.
I looked around. Nobody else was in the hallway except for the two villains and Deku.

I glanced at each door before I noticed the masked person on the ground moving.
I aimed the gun at him.
"How the turn tables!"

"That meme is so old..." the masked man I had under gun shot muttered in pain. Deku walked up to him and kicked the guy in his head hard, knocking him out for a little longer I guessed.

"Give that here," Deku said.

I looked at the gun and pouted. "A girl's got to protect herself."

Deku looked slightly taken aback.
"You don't know how to use it, right?"

I looked at it, not seeing the danger in the weapon now that it was in my hands.
"Not really."

Deku grabbed it from my hands and aimed at one of the masked persons. "First you pull the safety off, like so," there was a click, "Then, and remember there's only like, five shots in these cheap guns, you aim and shoot!"
A loud 'bang' sounded and I instinctively grabbed my ears as I flinched.
Did he actually? I looked at the masked person before I felt my eyes widen.
A hole was in his head.
An actual...

I stared before Deku pushed the gun in my hands with a sick grin. "Your turn!"

I felt sick.
My legs shook as I held the gun, it's cold metal in my warm hands.

"Come now, don't give me that look, I thought you were braver than that," Deku chuckled, "Come, shoot! For me?"
He gave me puppy eyes. His green eyes didn't look so kind now...

I took a very deep breath, pushing all the emotion to he back of my head.
I ordered myself to do as Deku had just said. That's what I should do right?
Fuck this is messed up!

I pulled the safety off, hearing the click.
Then I aimed at the uncounsious person on the ground.
I closed my eyes before I shot.

The loud bang echoed through the hallway and a silence was left.

I stood frozen, my eyes still closed.

Cackling broke though and I opened my eyes.

Stepping back I felt my breath quicken.

Fuck.

I stepped back, losing all control as I fell back. I crawled back against the wall, trying to get away from the sight.

That man.

I shot right thorugh his god damn fucking head!

I killed him.

It seemed so unrealistic, but it was right in front of me.
I closed my eyes and ducked into a ball.

I dont think I remember much.

Nothing more than those damn green eyes and freckles.
