(a/n - gonna use gojo instead of satoru cuz im lazy :P)
The days that followed your first kiss with Gojo were a whirlwind of emotions, all of them new and exhilarating. The world seemed brighter, colors sharper, and even the most mundane moments were tinged with a newfound sense of excitement. Every glance, every touch between you and Gojo was charged with an energy that made your heart race.
Gojo, true to his nature, didn't hold back. He was more affectionate than ever, constantly finding excuses to be close to you. Whether it was sitting next to you during class, casually draping an arm around your shoulders, or brushing your hand as you walked side by side, he made it clear that he was all in.
And you couldn't deny that you were, too.
It wasn't long before Gojo suggested going on a real date. He brought it up casually one afternoon as you were sitting on the grassy hill behind the school, the sun casting long shadows as it began to set.
"So, I was thinking," Gojo said, his voice light as he leaned back on his elbows, his sunglasses perched atop his head for once, revealing his mesmerizing blue eyes. "We should go out. Like, on a date."
You looked over at him, your heart skipping a beat. "A date?"
He grinned, his eyes twinkling with mischief. "Yeah, you know, like two people who are totally into each other do."
You rolled your eyes at his teasing tone, but you couldn't help the smile that tugged at your lips. "I'd like that," you admitted, feeling a rush of warmth at the thought.
"Great! How about tonight?" he suggested, sitting up and leaning closer, his face inches from yours. "We could grab some food, maybe take a walk, just the two of us."
Your heart fluttered at the idea, and you nodded, feeling a mixture of excitement and nervousness. "Yeah, tonight sounds perfect."
The rest of the day passed in a blur of anticipation, and by the time the evening rolled around, you found yourself standing in front of your mirror, fussing over what to wear. It wasn't like you needed to impress Gojo—he'd seen you at your worst and still liked you anyway—but you couldn't help wanting to look nice.
Finally, you settled on something simple yet comfortable, a balance between casual and dressed-up. When you met Gojo at the entrance to the school grounds, his eyes lit up with appreciation.
"You look amazing," he said, his voice warm as he reached out to take your hand.
You felt a blush creep up your cheeks, but you smiled, squeezing his hand in return. "You don't look so bad yourself."
He laughed, giving a mock bow. "Why, thank you, my lady."
The two of you walked into the city, hand in hand, the twilight air cool and crisp. It felt strange, in a good way, to be out like this, not as just friends, but as something more. There was an unspoken understanding between you, a comfort that came from years of knowing each other, now layered with the thrill of something new.
You ended up at a small, cozy ramen shop that Gojo had discovered on one of his solo outings. It wasn't fancy, but it was charming, the kind of place where you could just be yourselves without worrying about anything else.
As you ate, the conversation flowed easily, filled with laughter and teasing. It felt so natural, so right, that you almost forgot this was technically your first date.
Afterward, Gojo suggested taking a walk by the river. The city lights reflected off the water, casting a soft glow over everything, and you found yourself leaning into his side as you strolled along the path.
