Welcome to this book. I imagine if you're picking it up you're looking for a guide for getting in touch with who you are or rather who you really are. This both is and is not that guide. On one hand, you will learn how to tap into your inner self. On the other, there is no step by step approach to how to get there. Instead of giving you the "how-to" I decided to give you the choose your own adventure style of learning. The chapters are short and sweet. They are designed to be read and tried to be put into practice. No pressure though. The road to learning about yourself is filled with plenty of obstacles and let downs so don't get upset if you haven't read this book cover to cover. Pick up what resonates, leave behind what doesn't. Hopefully somewhere along the way you will have discovered a new way to embrace your internal self and perhaps even learned how to like it.
