I told Aurora to wake up early since I had something fun planned. I made pancakes for breakfast which Aurora was very grateful for. Eventually, We got on the road.
"I am so glad you're here with me right now," I spoke while driving.
"Yeah, me too," She replied with a soft smile.
"By the way...Where are we going?" she asked.
"Weren't you listening to me last night?" I questioned her. she nodded her head yes.
"We are going to the docks," I shared.
"What's that?" she asked, confused.
"Basically a food court and theme park located right by the beach on the docks," I expressed.
We soon arrived and parked. We paid the entrance fee. We made our way to a bench and sat down.
"Why are we stopping here?" She asked me.
"I'm waiting on my boyfriend," I mumbled.
We sat there, watching families and couples pass by. I felt overwhelmed. He always does this.
"He always does this to me," I start. "He would plan to spend some time with me and then doesn't show up. " I continue.
"So he's done this multiple times?!" Aurora exclaimed. I nodded.
She then received a phone call. Coincidently, I received one too. It was from Miles.
