Chapter 32

It's been 2 days of sleepless nights for Yuvanika as Shivansh is gone to Hyderabad. Every day she would go home, spend time with the family and then keep turning and tossing in bed until the first rays of sun.

In these two days Shivansh would call every morning and then both of them would get busy in their work.

Shivansh on the other is restless too. He is working day and night to complete the work as soon as possible and return back to his wife's arms.

Presently, Yuvanika is in her office cabin working on a file when her phone rings bringing her out of her workoholic mode.

She picks up the call and it's her friend and acquaintance Subham.

"Hello Am I talking to a crack head?" He said

"No Mr. Dumbass! You're talking to the one and only greatest of the great Yuvanika Rajput slash Rajawat!" Yuvanika said proudly.

"That's the same thing!" He teased further.

"Brother don't you wish to be alive anymore?" Yuvanika threatens with a tight lip smile making Subham chuckle!

"Calm down your highness! I called to speak about something important." His voice turned serious at the end making Yuvanika alert.

"I'm going to tell you some things which I found. I didn't discuss it earlier as you had just gotten married and you know."

"Yes Don't worry. Now say what you found." She asked impatiently.

"Keep calm you brat and listen carefully. So months back when Police found Charvi's body in that tree house in forest, they sent it for post mortem. The group of teens who found it were investigated and there was no involvement of them. To keep the case low, I sent them off to Sweden as per your instructions. As there was no one who claimed Charvi, The police declares the case as attack by wild animals and shut the case. "

Tu main baat par aa na gadhe!, Yuvanika thought in her mind but didn't utter any words.

" So the new thing is all the evidences we found in the tree house has safely reached. The officers who reported the case were all corrupt therefore they let it go easily. So come to Exam centre at night." He said making Yuvanika agree.

Yuvanika's mood dampens further. She's already sad and missing her husband and on top of that memories of Charvi make her go uneasy. She tries distracting herself with work but nothing seems to work and headache irritates her further.

The day passes and by 6 Yuvanika reached Rajawat Haveli. She went in to find, the elders playing cards. Seeing her at the doorstep, Astha gets up and makes Yuvanika sit on a couch. Yuvanika hugs her closer making Astha caress her Daughter in law's hairs. A maid brings a glass of water which Yuvanika gulps quickly.

"How was the day my child?" Asked Dadi

"It was good! Just a headache." Yuvanika said with a small smile.

"Beta you go and freshen up. I will send you something healthy to eat. Then you sleep for sometime." Said Shrestha (Chachi) getting up.

Yuvanika got up and lazily went upstairs to her bedroom. She quickly changed into her oversized Tshirt and trouser and came out of the closet to find Chachi and Chachu arranging her snacks on the table.

"After finishing your snacks, take these medicines if the headache intensifies." Said Omkar (Chachu) patting her head.

Yuvanika nodded and the three gossiped about their day while Yuvanika finished her food.
