-Yui-

The shrill ring of the bell pierces through the classroom noise, signaling the start of break time. Students immediately burst into lively chatter, their voices blending into a chaotic symphony of excitement and relief.

I remain seated at my desk, feeling the weight of the day pressing down on me. My heart pounds in my chest, a relentless drumbeat of anxiety. I glance around, trying to steady my breathing as I prepare to leave the safety of my desk.

Naruto's voice, bright and energetic, cuts through the din, reaching me like a beacon. "Hey, Yui! Ready for lunch? I've got a cool spot we can hang out at. Follow me!" His enthusiasm is a comforting contrast to the chaotic classroom, and though I'm still nervous, his friendly demeanor makes me feel a bit safer.

I nod hesitantly, my hands trembling slightly. Naruto notices and reaches out, taking my hand in his. His grip is warm and reassuring, a lifeline in the sea of commotion. I focus on the comforting presence of his hand as we navigate the bustling hallways of the Academy.

The noise is overwhelming, my senses overloaded by the clamor of excited voices and hurried footsteps.

"Stay calm," I tell myself, taking deep breaths.

You're not alone. Naruto's here.'

We make our way through the hallways, the laughter and chatter of other students creating a constant background hum. I keep my gaze fixed on Naruto's back, drawing strength from his confidence.

The hallways seem to stretch endlessly, and my anxiety flares up again. My heart races, my mind struggling to keep up with the sensory overload.

Finally, we reach the large oak tree near the Academy grounds. Its broad canopy provides a welcome shade, and the swing tied to one of its branches sways gently in the breeze.

The peaceful atmosphere of this spot is a stark contrast to the frenzied environment of the hallways, and I feel a wave of relief wash over me.

"This is my favorite spot," Naruto says, leading me to a shaded area beneath the tree. "It's nice and quiet here, and I can just hang out when no one wants to play. I thought you might like it too."

I look around at the tranquil surroundings, taking in the soft rustling of leaves and the gentle sway of the swing. The serene ambiance is a comforting change, and I begin to feel a little more at ease.

Naruto spreads out his lunch, revealing a modest sandwich. I notice his simple meal and feel a pang of guilt; I wish I had something more to offer.

"I didn't bring much today," Naruto says with a shrug, "but I've got this. It's nothing special, but it's tasty."

I unpack my lunch—rice balls and onigiri that Kurenai made for me. The familiar aroma brings a small thrill of happiness, and I feel a touch of pride at Naruto's interest. "Would you like some?" I offer, feeling a bit more confident.

Naruto's eyes light up with excitement. "Wow, that looks really good! Yes, please!"

I divide the rice balls and onigiri, handing a portion to Naruto. His face brightens as he takes a bite. "This is amazing!" he exclaims, his voice filled with genuine appreciation. "You've gotta tell Kurenai that she's a genius."

I smile, feeling a wave of warmth at his praise. "I will. She worked really hard on these."

As we enjoy our lunch, Sasuke appears, his presence immediately noticeable. He walks over and takes a seat beside Naruto. I glance at him, my nerves returning slightly as I remember his quiet demeanor.
