Pikachu waddles over to a lemonade stand, to ask for the mysterious product he can only call "Pikachuuuu". As he gets a cup of lemonade and leaves while drinking, he has a heart attack from excessive sugar consumption, and guess what, no vets are near, that being said Pikachu died. (Maybe because he was run over by a car right after he fell)
