2 YEARS LATER...

"I can't believe you guys really had a baby..." Raya says for what feels like the millionth time in the span of 10 minutes.

Jordan smiled brightly. "I still can't believe it either. I got my little mini me now. Can't nobody tell me nothing."

While everyone was busy chattering about how shocked they were that Jordan and I had a baby, I was busy admiring the small baby that was in my arms.

Jace Anthony Poole.
5lbs 12oz.
Born June 19th at 12:01 A.M.

Jordan was right about our baby being his mini me. Jace was all Jordan. Down from his complexion to his almond shaped eyes and his dimples.

It was crazy how you could carry a baby for nine months just for them to come out looking like their bobble headed father, but I wasn't complaining.

I had everything I ever wanted: Jordan, our salon, and now our perfect little family that I couldn't wait to add onto in the future.

"I'm still mad that I didn't get my niece." Halo said with a pout.

"We could always try for one, you know?" Deni says, draping his arm around Halo's shoulders.

Halo rolls her eyes. "Oh no. Get off me. I'm not pushing any kids out of my vagina."

I laughed softly, turning my attention back to Jace who was looking up at me with wide eyes, and smiled. Now I knew what my mother meant about the greatest gift...but I realized that I have two of the greatest gifts:

Jordan.
And my son.
