Blaza glared at Black, who chuckled softly. "That was quite a punch," Black said, his grin widening. "But... not powerful enough. See, I'm still a bit weak to fight you properly, so... I think I'll borrow your little friend for the day."
As he snapped his fingers, a red portal mysteriously appeared behind Tuxy, pulling him in. Blaza sensed something was wrong and spun around, just in time to see Tuxy being dragged toward the swirling portal.
"No!" Blaza yelled, rushing to grab Tuxy's arm, but he was too late. Tuxy disappeared into the portal before he could stop it.
Black's laughter echoed through the room. "You know, kid, you're more useful than I thought," he said with a sneer, the red light of the portal flickering ominously as it closed.
Blaza stood there, stunned, his mind racing. The red portal... it looked familiar. Slowly, he turned his gaze toward Tbh, who was standing nearby, his expression cold and unreadable.
"You..." Blaza began, his voice full of disbelief and fury, but Tbh only sighed, saying nothing, before slowly walking toward Black.
Black's pride was evident, a twisted smile on his face. "Here's a lesson for you, Blaza. Never let children make the first move." With those final words, Black vanished into the shadows, taking Tbh with him.
Blaza was left standing there, defeated and confused. The others rushed to his side, helping him back to his feet, but the weight of the loss hung heavy on him.
After the battle with Black, Blaza couldn't shake the feeling of defeat. Everyone returned to their quarters, trying to recover from the ordeal. Meanwhile, Meme sat alone in his room, silently brewing potions in preparation for the next fight. The quiet was heavy, his thoughts racing as he recalled the visions he had seen.
A sudden knock at the door interrupted him. It was Socks. Leaning casually against the doorframe, Socks glanced at Meme with a concerned look. "You've been quiet ever since you saw the future," Socks said, crossing his arms. "Can't you just tell the others?"
Meme sighed, rubbing his temples. "They can't know. Especially Blaza. Not yet. We have to keep it a secret until the final fight."
His head throbbed painfully from the strain of using his aura to glimpse into the future. Socks watched him closely, concerned.
"You look like you're about to collapse. You should get some rest," Socks said, his tone softer now.
"I'll rest in a minute," Meme replied, his voice strained, focusing back on the potions.
Socks sighed, pushing himself off the wall. "Alright. I'll check on the others," he said, giving Meme some space before walking away, leaving him to his thoughts.
The halls were eerily quiet as Socks walked away, leaving Meme alone in his room. Despite the pounding headache, Meme couldn't stop thinking about the future he had seen. A final battle loomed on the horizon, one that would test everyone's strength - and not everyone was going to make it out. He could feel it in his bones.
As Meme sat down, exhausted, there was another knock at the door. This time, it wasn't Socks. Blaza stood in the doorway, his face pale and his aura still simmering with barely controlled anger.
"Meme... I need answers," Blaza said, his voice low but filled with tension. He stepped into the room, closing the door behind him. "That portal... the red one. I've seen it before, haven't I?"
Meme's eyes darted away, knowing that now, more than ever, he had to protect the truth. Blaza wasn't ready, and if he learned what was coming, it might destroy him.
"I... don't know what you mean," Meme muttered, but Blaza wasn't convinced.
"Meme, I'm not stupid," Blaza said, his fists clenched. "Tbh didn't betray us. Did he?" The question hung in the air. Blaza's rage was tempered now, replaced by a gnawing fear of betrayal. "Black's controlling him, isn't he? You knew something like this was going to happen."
Meme felt his stomach drop. He could no longer avoid the truth. "Blaza, you're right... but there's more to it than that."
Blaza's eyes narrowed. "What are you talking about? More to what?"
Meme sighed, his heart heavy with the burden of what he had seen. "I've been having visions, Blaza. I saw Tbh... I saw you... and the others. There's a final battle coming, and... we're not all going to make it through."
The room was silent as Blaza processed what Meme had just told him. His rage from earlier dissipated, replaced by a cold, creeping dread. "Who?" Blaza asked, his voice barely above a whisper.
"I don't know exactly who, but..." Meme hesitated, his hand gripping the table for support. "I've seen Black's power. It's growing. He has something planned, something beyond Tuxy, beyond Tbh. He's gathering forces, preparing to strike when we're weakest."
Blaza's fists clenched again, but this time in frustration. "Why didn't you tell me this before?"
"Because you weren't ready," Meme replied, his voice firm. "If I had told you, you might've charged in headfirst and gotten yourself killed. We need to be smart about this. We need to be together."
Blaza took a deep breath, trying to calm the storm raging inside him. He knew Meme was right, but the thought of doing nothing, of waiting while Black grew stronger, made his skin crawl.
"Fine," Blaza said, his voice filled with determination. "We'll do it your way. But I swear, if Black hurts Tuxy or Tbh any more, I won't hold back."
