Next day I woke up as I felt the freezing cold air wanting nothing more than to roll myself into the blankets for heat and just as was going back to sleep a women nurse? I'm not sure but she looked like some kind of doctor or an assistant or maybe per chance an researcher with pristine simple clothing semi baggy with a coat and comfortable shoes her hair however is tight put up in a simple bun though I'm sure she's been at work considering she looks stressed and pale but she still smiled and in gentle voice said

"Oh good you're awake I was worried I'd had to wake you please follow me"
-"okay"
I said groggy as I got up and followed her into the hallway behind her as I look around
There were cameras everywhere though that's to be expected at a hospital and I quickly noticed that It was quite aside from our breathing and steps

Why is it so quite and no people around that's extremely strange especially for a hospital since hospital are buzzing with people or at least doctor but I only seen only around 5-6 doctors and nurses in these 25 ish minutes or perhaps my time ratio is wrong but still this is odd... unless it's not a hospital but if it isn't then what is this place?...

-"hey miss um I have a question about this place?"
"Oh? What is your question?"

-"is this place an hospital or what is it?"

She chuckled a little though she tried to hide it with her hand even though I'm behind her therefore I couldn't see her
"Did they not tell you?it's an research laboratory about different things like for example marine creatures,people,animals etc."

"No need to be so meek..to me at least though I do recommend to be polite and obedient to the doctors other wise we will take the risk of harming you with our equipment"

-"so I think that means that they'll be testing with us?will it hurt a lot?... I say realizing why I'm here and trying to not freak out as I think on how to get out but with these cameras it's going to be difficult and not to mention the hidden security more like bodyguards

"Sure is dear but don't worry it won't hurt a lot if you obey and if you dare to disobey and or try to hurt myself and staff they'll be severe consequences..."she stoped and slightly turn around to meet my eyes her eyes filled with malice and an emptiness that made my body shiver
these people are what I call true monsters,monsters against humanity because no human will ever do the things these people have probably done no matter how attractive they are or how soft spoken they act the only thing that can be done to these people as a kind thing is instant death

I keep doing the breathing but as quietly as I can though it certainly got easier hiding it as we soon approach this room while my mind was on over drive thinking as soon as we walked in there was a bunch researchers speed walking to there with papers,classified documents,note books, coffee and other things I didn't have time to see what they were

Eventually she leads me into this room where they test me it was very similar to a doctor office but I noticed some key differences for example there was a lot of different vials of dna glowing different colors and labeled who knows what

"Now sit patiently down and we'll wait for the doctor I'll give this warning now to save myself some trouble but if you anyway give us to much trouble we'll kill you since you are expandable and trust me nobody will notice you're gone since in the official papers you are labeled as dead already"

I stare into her eyes as she said that her eyes look ugly dead,unmoving,sinister eyes of a true monster
How dare she smile at me
Does she find this funny?..

I felt my jaw clenching so hard my face started having waves of anger move through me but I had to control myself so I clench my hands  as I try to hold back tears
I look down so not let her enjoy my anguish
Suddenly I hear a pop coming from my palms and jolt of pain surges through them as I open them to see and see that I had managed to cut myself with my short blunt nails

The door opens to reveal an man,as soon he sees me he introduced himself by saying
Hello I'm doctor [REDACTED] I will be the one to do check ups and making modifications on your body I'll try to make it as in painful as I can though I want to start by doing a general check up

They first did a eye test to see how well my vision was
Then they measured my weight and height
After that they tested my reflexes
Then checked my teeth and how they were and a few others like blood etc
After they were done in what I think it took 1 and a half hour to be done they lead me to the cafeteria where there were mostly doctors and assistants but I saw an area for inmates
I headed to get the food tray and what I can see far better quality from the so called "food" of the prison I was sent off to at first I went to sit across from Sebastian
I briefly smiled at him as he turn up his eyes to see who sat across him and I started to just eat not minding the stares of other people
Soon enough every convict when in pairs with who they were paired with and was lead by the assistants that were leading the way the first day

On the way over there I noticed Sebastian was look at me sorta worried? If you can say that it was more like curiosity in any case I wished he'd stop looking at me
It's making me uncomfortable

I stare back at him with an expression which I call "what the hell are you looking at" he quickly looked down like he was contemplating something then he approached me

"Hey, why are your eyes puffy? Wait don't tell me you cried at the doctors appointment?~"he teased but from his expression I could tell he was masking he was actually just curious though I wouldn't put past him that he's a sadist

-"how about you just mind your business"mild annoy -ment flowed though me as I spoke to the snarky jack ass though at least I can give him a little grace since it doesn't seem that he's actually malicious it's more like banter to me

"Oh touchy subject now is it?~" he looked pleased on that I had a annoyed reaction to his sass looking straight at me with his watercolored eyes that seemed to just pop out his scar an accessory to his enchanting eyes though it doesn't make me any less annoyed I genuinely don't understand how his little mind works

¿Y que tal si te callas cabron?i say already sick of his bullshit though I guess it would be a cold day in hell the day he doesn't use sarcasm as we promptly arrived and went to our own room as I look behind me as for the last time to see him catch my eye and raised his palm as to say bye in a lazy way then the door closes I drift my eyes to see the freak of a monster assistant softly smiling at us until we reached inside

and I did my typical hygiene routine like brushing my teeth soon after I go to the bed and world fades to black
