You wake up to an unfamiliar roof. You notice that you've been laying on a bed and your wounds have been properly treated. Covered in bandages. You then realize that your hands are cuffed and this room is actually a jail cell.
Y/N:....oh boy.
You spring off the bed and inspect the the room further. Sadly, there is nothing in here for you to take advantage of. Even your zanpakuto is gone. You inspect the hallway outside your cell, but find no lights or guards. The only thing to note is that it's the middle of the night.
You step back and face the cell bars.
Y/N: Welp, this is gonna hurt, but I don't have much of a choice here.
Y/N: Way of destruction No.4 Byakurai!
.
.
.
Y/N:...Byakurai!...Byakurai?...Why am I not exploding?......oohhhhh....so that's what the handcuffs are for.The sound of footsteps approach from down the hall, and soon you are faced with a man with dark brown braids, goggles, an orange scarf, and most notably, a white captain robe. A moment of silence passes before you decide to break the ice.
Y/N: Man, just one big shot after another huh? So what number are you? I know you're not 11 or 6, thou it'd be kinda ironic if you were number 4.
Tosen: I'm sorry, but I am the captain of squad 9, Tosen Kaname. Am I right to assume you are one of the drifters that fell from the sky?
Y/N: No, doesn't sound like me. Can I go home now? If not, then I'd prefer you'd go away and leave me alone.
Tosen: You should take this situation more seriously. It's clear that escaping by yourself is not an option, so brushing off what could be your last chance of contact is quite foolish.
Y/N: Hah! If you think I'll meet my end here, then you got another thing coming.
Tosen: You are overconfident. Whether it's blind faith or nonsense, such acts mean nothing to those ahead of you. As some of your friends have already been captured, so it's highly unlikely that you will be rescued before the execution of Rukia Kuchiki. Despite this, are you still unwilling to have a conversation with me?
Y/N: Well that depends, how do you feel about Rukia's execution?
Tosen: If you are asking me if it's right or wrong, then you do not understand the problem that you stand against. I despise meaningless slaughter, but for the sake of peace and justice, the execution of Rukia Kuchiki is necessary.
Y/N: Welp, that's it then. Go home, don't care.
Tosen: ...I see. In that case, may these help in continuing our conversation?
You go to drive him away again, but stop at seeing your zanpakuto dangling from his fist.
Y/N: ...What are you playing at?
Tosen: If you still want to talk, then I can award you the company of your zanpakuto.
Y/N: I get that, but what's the big idea here? Doesn't make sense to give a prisoner back his weapon.
Tosen: Information, it seems that there may be another force here between us and you drifters. As it stands, any invaders would be the primary source of information.
Y/N: And why should I believe any of that is true? For all I know, you could be making stuff up just to make me sell out my friends.
Tosen: There would be no other reason to keeping you alive. Why bother when it would be easy to kill you and the rest of your friends that are also in captivity.
He has a point, there is no use in keeping you around. Add the fact that you overheard the death of someone named Aizen, it was more likely that what this man was saying is the truth.
