Palace Attack

Once Slave I and the N-1 starfighter enter into the Rancor's Fist hangar, Boba and Din travel to the conference chambers, where Bossk and Razzi are going over datapads-

Bossk notices Djarin's silvery beskar armor and jeers out,
"So thisss is the mandalorian you've sspoken so highly of? He doesn't look so tough."

Din moves forward to confront Bossk but Boba raises a hand to block him and replies, "He's good at what he does I'll tell you that- he's our sixth member."

Latts moves her gaze away from the datapads and looks over Din, before spotting a lightsaber hilt on his belt and comments, "Nice lazersword- get that off the black market?"

Djarin moves a hand to block the blade from view, "I defeated an imperial warlord for it."

Bossk scoffs before talking up to Boba, ignoring Din completely,
"Your new friend may be impressive, but you're forgetting that Dengar might have recruits of his own..."

Right on cue, Dengar and Manaroo enter into the chambers, the corellian bounty hunter uttering aloud, "We're back people! I've got good news and bad news!"

Boba stands in front of him and mutters, "Did you find Embo?"

Dengar nods nonchalantly, "Thanks to Sugi's niece Jas, I found our kyuzo friend- apparently he, Sugi and even Serpias are retired and living on Felucia now- I even paid them a visit- they got a nice farm and everything-"

Dengar then turns and notices Din, "But it looks like you already got someone else in mind for our motley crew-"

The scarred bounty hunter then glances Latts up and down, "Latts Razzi long time no see! And I see you've certainly aged better than some of us-"

Razzi notices Dengar's stare at her mesh outfit and glares at him before reaching for her grappling boa, "Now I remember one of the main reasons I left the krayt's claw-"

Before Latts can consider whipping Dengar, Manaroo shoves her boyfriend away before stepping up to the Theelin former crime boss, "Don't mind him, he tends to say things without thinking- if you want a change of clothes, I have a few choices back in my ship-"

Razzi grimaces before taking Manaroo's hand, "Fine, but I don't want that creep watching- and I only look good in green-"

Once both women leave the chambers, Dengar grumbles to himself before lying back in a spare chair- Boba then activates a holographic image of Fortuna's palace before turning to Din, "This is my team's first target- how familiar are you with Bib Fortuna?"

Djarin crosses his arms and analyzes the palace layout, "Only through what I've heard from others- Fortuna hasn't left his palace since he took over Jabba's operations- its likely the most heavily guarded place on Tatooine, so getting in won't be easy-"

Bossk hisses slightly, "Good thing we have the element... of ssurprise-"

Boba's holoprojector activates, and he holds it out as the image of Fennec Shand appears, looking distressed as she states, "We might have a problem- meet me at Mok Shaiz's estate-"

Once the holomessage ends, Din turns to Boba, "Mok Shaiz? What does the mayor of Bestine have to do with this?"

Fett ignores his question and turns to Dengar, "Update our new member on the plan and everything about it- Bossk and I will deal with the situation on the planet below."

Once Bossk and Boba leave, Dengar sits up slightly and turns to Din, "So... are you an actual mandalorian or another pretender?"

Djarin remains quiet as Dengar lies back and sighs, "Oh great- another silent type-"

When Boba and Bossk enter into Shaiz's office, they find Fennec standing over the ithorian mayor, holding a blaster pistol to his head and she mutters, "Mok here has kindly informed me that our plan might just be compromised."
