(In Soonyoung's apartment)

(Soonyoung's POV)

I woke up to the clashing sounds of utensils in the kitchen. Rubbing my eyes, I reached out to the person who should be sleeping next to me, but the space was empty. Sitting up, I called Jihoon, but the enticing aroma of Kimchi ramen distracted me. There he was, walking towards me with a tray of delicious ramen, wearing my shirt and shorts.

"Good morning, Babe," Jihoon greeted, placing the tray beside me. Leaning in, he kissed my lips. "If morning breakfast and you looking that sexy is what living with you is like, I can't wait to move in with you." I pulled him onto my chest, our fingers intertwining.

"Babe, you talk as if I haven't stayed in your apartment many times and you in mine. I'm pretty sure I've made breakfast for you countless times," Jihoon teased, poking my nose. I chuckled, "Twice, once when you broke my tiger vase and the second when you spent too much time with your ex, and I got jealous." Jihoon blushed, and I pecked his cheeks. "Babe, stop, it tickles," he giggled. "And the food is getting cold," Jihoon added. I released him and went to the tray.

"Babe, as much as I love eating with my hands, ramen isn't one of those foods. I can't eat it without chopsticks or a spoon," I said, realizing the absence of utensils.

"Shit, my bad. Let me get that for you in a second," Jihoon hurriedly went to the kitchen. I heard a loud thud and Jihoon's scream. Concerned, I rushed to the kitchen to find him on the ground, holding his ankle.

"Babe, are you okay? Where does it hurt? Should I call an ambulance? Tell me!" I examined him for other injuries. "Relax, babe. I just slipped in the kitchen because some idiot left his T-shirt here while taking his clothes," " Jihoon said I looked at the t-shirt on the ground and I remembered it was my t-shirt I took it off here because I was so busy kissing and stripping us yesterday that's I barely noticed it

"I'm sorry," I said guilty hitting me and then Jihoon smacked my head and I looked at him.

Jihoon smacked my head, "Silly, don't think too much. It's not that serious. I'll apply some gel, and it'll be fine."

Trying to stand, Jihoon almost lost his balance, but I caught him by the waist. "Babe, are you sure? Should I get you to the doctor?" I asked. "No doctor," Jihoon immediately disagreed, knowing he disliked the smell of hospitals. "I'm fine. Just get me to bed," he said, and I lifted him in a bridal style. "Aye aye, my captain," I joked, and he chuckled.

After finishing our food, I applied some gel and put a crepe bandage on Jihoon's ankle. "Now, let's get ready for work," Jihoon suggested, but I raised my brow in confusion. "You aren't going anywhere," I declared. Jihoon tried to argue, but I silenced him with a peck on his lips. "No, babe. You can barely walk, so you're staying here. And I think I should stay too," I said. Before informing Gahyeon about our day off, Jihoon stopped me.

"No, babe, trust me. I can take care of myself, and at least one of us has to go to keep Mingyu in control," he said. As soon as Mingyu's name was mentioned, my smile vanished. Jihoon noticed, but I brushed it off. "Babe, did something happen between you and Mingyu?" Jihoon asked. "No, nothing. Don't think too much. Okay, I'll be going," I replied. "Call me if you need anything," I said and Jihoon smiled.

(In the bathroom)

(No one's POV) (⚠️ Mention of BLood and Gore)

A girl was humming a song while lying in a bathtub, and suddenly, she felt an eerie feeling that she was being watched. "Is anyone there? Mr. Jae, are you there?" She called for her butler but received no response. She decided to move on and focus on finishing her bath, but the feeling persisted.
