Harry was in potions class and Snape was looking at him while he does his assignment and he noticed how good the kid is at potions. The next potions class he decided to give Harry the hardest potion that no one could ever ace ever. And he watches closely as Harry concentrates on it.
"I'm done professer" Snape was shocked. Harry was the first student that he had to actually be able to make the potion without fucking it up. "20 points to Slytherin." Snape said. "And potter see me after class" he says. Harry nods. Draco high fives him. "Good job! I heard that potion is incredibly hard to make" Draco said.
Ron rolled his eyes as he had failed his. "10 points from Gryffindor. You can thank mr. Weasly." All the Gryffindors groan and Hermione is disappointed. She was disappointed she was in Gryffindor. She wished she was in the same house as her friends. She hated Gryffindor tbh. She's around loud people. But when she visits the Slytherin common room it's peaceful. It's nice. She loves it there but she figured she might like it better in ravenclaw. She had to sit next to Ron weasly and all he did was make fun of her. They sat behind Harry and Draco though. so she wasn't too upset.
After class
"Mr. Potter, how is it that you managed to make the number 1 potion no one else can make?" Snape asked. "I followed the directions and I focused. When I actually focus I can get stuff done." He said. Snape was quite impressed.
"I'm shocked honestly. I doubt Ms. Granger could do that same potion and it be perfect. Now potter, you are definitely different than I expected when I first met you. When I had pick you up from you relatives to now. The day we met you were incredibly shy but now that you met Malfoy and Granger you seem to be better. Why is that?" He had asked. Since when he first met Harry he was skiddish and afraid of people and barely talked to him. He figured it might have been his relatives but he didn't wanna say anything.
"I just don't like meeting new people. And when I really get to know them I know I can be myself." Harry said Snape nodded and dismissed him and Harry went and met with Hermione and Draco.
