One week later

One week it had been one week since Peter pulled me away from the portal that the others had gone through. Iliana was looking for them but I wasn't holding my breath since Hylia, the bitch, tended to not want outside interference or eyes on her precious heroes.

We were champions of Farore not Champions of Hylia. In my personal opinion Hylia could go screw herself. I sighed  as I walked around Central park in my civvies looking for the magical disturbance Strange and Fate sensed it but couldn't be bothered to deal with thanks to Sara, the last Witch of the Blood or as she was better known as Groundskeeper, and Agatha Harkins wanting certain artifacts checked on.

So here I was checking out Central park when I should be looking for the others..... fantastic.

I sighed as I tried to call Wild or Wind as I walked around...only to pause as I see an ancient looking black carriage causing mayhem in the southern part of Central park.  Which I understood since Strange had cast a spell that stopped intruders from alternate worlds from going beyond a certain point in our world and the carriage must be at the end of its rope.

I slipped my slate into my back pocket before jogging over to get rid of it only to end up being tossed into the carriage and falling asleep.

I woke up inside of a coffin a literal honest to the higher powers coffin.

"The fuck?" I muttered as I looked around as I stepped out of the coffin only to come face to face with a cat with blue fur.

After a brief explanation from said cat, did I mention it could talk.

"How about this? I go to find the headmaster find a way for me to go back home while you take my place here?" I suggested completely understanding why Legend was such a cynic.

"Agreed forward minion!" The cat, Grimm said hopping onto my shoulder.

I left the room away  from the people in dark robes with  the hoods drawn were then being brought before a mirror as I started wandering around the school trying to find the headmaster to not only do as I offered Grimm, but to RIP them a new one about kidnapping students. because seriously just how bad was the enrollment that a school literally has to kidnap students to force them to study there?

After a while I finally came across a guy in wearing a bird mask. I decided not to comment since Time owned the Bremen mask that allowed a person to control animals with music.

"Excuse me but could you help us please," I kindly asked only to instead get dragged back to the hall I'd originally started out in after a stern lecture and being called a boy. So kidnapping school wasn't all that smart if they couldn't tell that I was obviously a girl.

"Great, but we'll get things sorted. Until then don't do something stupid like set fire to the chamber, " I said restraining Grimm as he glared at the mirror as whom I was assuming to be the older students or dorm heads of each dorm I've heard so far were glaring at me.

But the dorm names were interesting. Heartslabyul, Savanaclaw, Octavinelle, Pomefire, Inglehyde, and Daisomnia.

I looked down at Grimm who'd settled in my arms somewhat. "Hey quick question just how common are sorcerers here in....Twisted Wonderland?" I asked not sure if I'd gotten the name right.

"There aren't any Sorcerers here, nya, they left millenia ago that deal with a greater problem and haven't been seen since," Grimm answered as we got closer to the front of the line.

"So I know that this wasn't our original agreement but what if we enrolled as a team and went from there studying? Because no offense I think that your main issue is the fact that you don't have a human form if what you said about everyone else is true, " I asked Grimm

Grimm thought about it before nodding. Suddenly we were next in line. I took a deep breath before doing what I saw everyone else do, but before I could do anything the mirror spoke,"state thy name my lady"

"Wait my lady. The kid upfront is a chick?" One student said

"Intriguing there hasn't been a girl in attendance at Night Raven College since the Sorcerers left," another student said

"This is certainly a conundrum," the bird mask guy from earlier said  before I and Grimm wound up in the headmaster's office with bird mask guy whose name was Crowley.

"So what now?" I asked clutching Grimm who'd wanted to burn the other students who were making crass remarks about me after we left the mirror chamber.

"Well unfortunately we can't have you room with the rest of the student body as they are Male and you are female though I couldn't tell it at the time, "

"I exercise a lot and do gymnastics so I wear a chest binder to make sure that my female parts don't hinder me. But it's not the first time I've been mistaken for a boy," I responded used to it by now," so where am I staying?"

"Ramshackle. It's a bit dilapidated and worn down but it'll do," Crowley said

"Okay, " I said more than used to sleeping in less than optimal places...I was quite certain that a few of the inns we stayed in during our trip through each others eras were being overzealous with their reputations save the one in Rito village in Wild's  era.

We went back and forth with questions mostly it was me finding out a bunch of stuff and getting things like food and basic essentials settled. That done I was taken to Ramshackle dorm and dilapidated was understating the condition. Once Crowley left Grimm and I were left alone.

"Hey Grimm don't tell anyone what you're about to see," I told Grimm before snapping my fingers and within minutes Ramshackle slowly started to be cleaned and repaired. Minutes later Ramshackle dorm was returned to its former glory.

Grimm's mouth was agape. "Cool right? By the way call me Chris it's short for Christina, " I told Grimm

"You're a Sorceress!" Grimm shouted

"Yeah I was taught at the Karma Taj, Kun Lun, and Tuo Lau before moving my studies to the Sanctum in my home country," I answered as ghosts came out looking a little less than happy until they saw me use my magic to remodel the kitchen.

"GHOSTS!" Grimm shouted

"No fire in the house," I said on pure instinct as I made a kitchen island with the concrete and wood in the corner," hi nice to meet you"

To me the ghost shifted between a spectral and normal human form...guess it must be the Twilight in me acting up....wait where did that thought come from?

I sighed deciding to figure it out tomorrow when I could think straight. I brought out my slate which was thankfully still in my back pocket before tapping on the meat skewers for me and a whole salmon for Grimm.

"Grilled or as is?" I asked holding up the salmon for Grimm to see.

"Half and half please," Grimm responded visibly salivating.

I shrugged made sense. I prepared the fish giving Grimm the innards and half of the salmon uncooked as I started the grill attachment on the stove I'd fashioned with my magic.
Minutes later Grimm was enjoying his salmon while I enjoyed my skewers. Tomorrow I'd be able to find more answers.
