Thor must have told the children that you were awake as when you and Loki had returned after (accidentally) spending all night in the glade and then all day with Eir as she made sure you had recovered completely, they burst into your bedroom early the following morning one, annoyed that their father hadn't told them you were awake and two, wrapping you in the biggest hug you had probably ever received from them since they had become adults.
"I'm here my babies, I'm here," you said as you tried to hug them all back, which was harder than it looked considering you were still in the bed and all four of them were taller than you. "I would have said hi last night but didn't want to wake you."
"Um about that," Björn said. "We weren't here last night."
You frowned in confusion, you had assumed they would have slept in the other bedroom of your chambers.
"Father was nice enough to provide them with their own rooms," Loki told you.
"He did?" You turned and asked him. "Really?"
"Really, they now have their own quarters for when they are staying on Asgard."
"You mean..." Your eyes widened in hope even as you refused to utter what you were thinking in case you jinxed it.
"Banishment is lifted," Loki said with a grin. "But don't mention it to Thor, he has already voiced that he wants us to talk to father about staying permanently and well I wanted your opinion on that."
"Thor doesn't know?"
"No, father told me in private."

Some weeks later you woke up in Loki's arms as the dawn light broke through the windows of your bedroom, both of you having forgotten to close the curtains as you went to bed. The exhaustion you still felt was like a weight, dragging you back down into sleep. Six months in a comatose state and you were still struggling to open your eyes.
"I know you are awake my love."
"Can I go back to bed?"
"How can you go back to bed when you haven't even left it yet?" Loki asked, a playful tone lacing his words as he pulled the blankets off you both, only for you to groan in protest as you tried to roll away and snuggle back under them. "You can stay here darling, I want to go see the new prisoners that were brought in overnight," Loki told you as he moved the blankets and tucked you back in.
Loki knew your fatigue was back to the same level it was after you had been poisoned and the only way for you to get better was to rest. Unfortunately because you were moving around a lot sooner you refused to rest, saying you felt fine. At least now that you both knew the truth he wasn't afraid of hurting you this time around so had ways of coaxing you into bed.
"Edmund?" you questioned.
He had been missing since the battle and you wondered if maybe he had finally been found. He still needed to be told about Helena and you should probably confirm yourself what happened to her body but had not wanted to ruin the peace you had finally felt since you woke up.
"Possibly."
"Alright let's go," you stated trying to sit up.
"But first," Loki said as he sat back on the bed and pulled you into his lap. "Shower and breakfast."
"Hmmm, I don't know...I'm not sure I have the energy for a shower, I'm still feeling kind of weak..." You toyed with the ties on his tunic. "Together?" You asked with a coy smile as you looked up at him through your eyelashes.
Loki only gave you a wicked grin in response as he got up and flung you over his shoulder making you squeal with laughter as he walked towards the bathroom.
