Next morning,
Yoomi went to her internship in the morning. Last night was a tough job. She was hella tired and it could be understood by her appearance. She groomed herself with a messy ponytail and a top and jeans. The top was covering her upper body fully including her wrists. Her face was tired. She was tired. Still she was working, typing over the keyboard. But for a change, she weirdly using her left hand instead of right hand. Ryun noticed it but shrugged her thoughts thinking it was probably nothing. She pushed her chair towards Yoomi and went near her.
"You look tired." Ryun whispered.
"I am." Yoomi quietly replied while her whole focus was at computer screen as she was working on a document that Yeonseon gave her earlier but she couldn’t finish and she had only an hour to finish that.
"Want some coffee?" Ryun asked.
"Please..." Yoomi replied without looking at her.
After sometime,
Ryun came back with the coffee. "Coffee, Yoomi." Ryun said. Subconsciously, Yoomi nod and extended her right hand but then she paused and changed with her left hand. Ryun again felt weird but thought maybe she was busy with works so she was just malfunctioning. Ryun handed her the coffee and went back to her desk.
One hour passed by. She was finally done. She finally sighed in relief and looked her side where it was put three coffee cups. Ugh. Too much caffeine.
Submitting the document, Yoomi rested her head on table. Ryun came to her and tapped on the table. "Nicole eonnie asked for you." Yoomi hummed in response.
"Come on, get up. You were supposed to eat lunch with her. She asked for you." Ryun again said.
Yoomi looked up and said, "You go ahead. I am coming in a bit."
Yoomi leaned back against her chair as Ryun left. She was staring at the ceiling for a moment without blinking when her phone buzzed with a notification of 300 USD transferring to her bank account. So, Yenan kept his promise. She didn’t expect him to do that though. She saw the message and locked her phone and got up to go to Nicole.
She went to Nicole's office but didn’t find anyone. The cabin was empty. Confused Yoomi got out of the cabin and wandered around. Her eyes caught up a co-worker of Nicole. So she called her.
"Hey Iseul, did you see Nicole eonnie by any chance?" Yoomi asked.
"She went to have a lunch, I guess." Iseul replied.
"Yeah, I know. That's why I am here. But she is not in her cabin." Yoomi said.
"Aniyo....aniyo. I meant she was supposed to have lunch with manager Sejin-nim today. So maybe there." Iseul said.
"Okay." saying she dismissed Iseul.
Manager Sejin-nim meant BTS main manager-nim. Nicole was having lunch with him meant there would be other employees and perhaps as well as BTS. It meant 'extra attitude Yoongi'. No, no, she was not ready to meet that cat (Yoongi) after last night yet.
Yoomi was about to return back to her desk when she collided with Haejin. Haejin, one of BTS's stylist, a positive one for Yoomi. Yoomi turned around to look at her.
"You are here and Nicole eonnie be looking for you for a long time. She even sent Ryun to inform you but you said you needed a few minutes. You took a long time. Now let's go." Haejin said in one go.
Despite Yoomi giving her lots of excuses, Haejin didn’t listen to her. She also brought the topic of Yoomi being unconscious and dragged her away.
"You are lucky that Nicole care about you even though you don’t have any relation or you are not from our department." Haejin said.
