The morning sunlight filtered through the curtains, casting a warm glow over the room. Zarar lay in bed, his eyes half-closed as he watched Mahenoor move around, packing her suitcase.

The playful banter from the previous night seemed like a distant memory, replaced by a heavy silence that neither of them wanted to acknowledge.

Mahenoor hummed softly, trying to keep the mood light, but Zarar could see the sadness in her eyes. He knew she was excited to visit her parents, but the thought of being apart from her, even for a few days, haunted at him.

"Are you sure you have to go?" he asked, his voice barely above a whisper.

Mahenoor paused, her hand hovering over the suitcase. She turned to face him, her expression softening.

" It's just a few days. I'll be back before you even realize I'm gone."

He forced a smile, but the thought of spending nights without her warmth beside him was unbearable.

"I know... but it's going to be strange without you here." She smiled gently, walked over to him, placing a gentle hand on his cheek.

" It'll be strange for me too. But you'll be fine, and when I come back, we'll make up for the lost time."

Zarar pulled her into a tight embrace, burying his face in her hair.

"You better come back soon, Mah. I don't think I can survive without you."

Mahenoor laughed softly, pulling away just enough to look into his eyes.

" I promise, I'll be back before you know it."

As the morning slipped away, Mahenoor finished packing, and it was time to leave.

They came in the living room where everyone was waiting for them. Mahenoor went towards the Afreen Begum, she hugged her tightly and whispered something in her ear which made her smile with a flushed cheeks.

Then after her Mahenoor met with everyone, they hugged her told her to come soon, instructed her to take care of herself. And after that she came towards the trio.

They all looking at her with sad eyes. Mahenoor give them her gentle smile but they didn't force themselves to reciprocate and sadly sighed.

Muskan come ahead and embraced her tightly and said with a moist voice.

" Bhabhi,Why you're going? I'll feel lonely without you. "
