As soon as the boys got outside, they noticed a horde of zombies wandering around the main entrance.
Tightening her grip on Jiyoon's hand, Jungeun walked after the soldiers in the pouring rain.
Without making a sound, the group slowly walked in a single file. After walking a short distance, they heard a loud, inhuman howl nearby, and this sound made Jungeun break out in a cold sweat. This howl did not sound like any wild animal, it was so scary that the entire group immediately slowed down and looked around the perimeter in fear.

- What was that? - Saebi asked with panic in her voice
- Quickly, everyone, back to the building - Jackson said in a commanding tone
- I'm not going back there, you have to get us out of this damn city - Yeonjun hissed
- If we don't go back now, there will be no one to bring back - Bang Chan said quickly

While Yeonjun was arguing with the military, Jungeun noticed through the rain how a person was approaching them in a hurry.

- Guys - she said quietly, but no one except Jiyoon heard her.
- What is it, baby? - Yoon asked, turning her head to Choi
- Someone is approaching us - she said louder

Only then, everyone's attention switched to Jungeun

Jackson, seeing what he was so afraid to meet, shouted loudly:

- Quickly, everyone, back to the building!

But it was too late, the man, or rather what used to be him, stopped a couple of meters away from them.
Bowing his head, the evil spirit began to look at them with interest. He was not like ordinary zombies, as if with a note of humanity, the monster looked at each one in turn.
When his gaze stopped on her, Jungeun felt a creeping horror along her spine. Without letting go of Jiyoon's hand, Choi took a small step back, but immediately stopped when she heard the howl that sounded earlier again.
The monster, raising his head, made a loud, ear-splitting sound.

- Run! - Wang shouted again

Seeing Jungeun's stupor, Jiyoon squeezed her girlfriend's hand tighter, and immediately rushed towards the store.
From behind, she heard how the others followed her example, trying not to look back, the girl ran as fast as she could towards the building.

While running, Jungeun noticed a horde of zombies running from the side, wandering near the main entrance.

Sharply stopping Jiyoon by the hand, Choi looked around, saw a residential building nearby, without thinking twice, she rushed there.

Running to the door, Choi pulled the handle, relieved to realize that it was not locked. Quickly turning around, she saw Saran and Jeemin approaching them.

- Faster! - Jiyoon shouted

Jackson, who was running last, was knocked down by a strong monster. Quickly taking out a gun, Wang managed to pull the trigger in time. In a hurry, the young soldier got up, again running as fast as he could.

Fuko ran next to Kai, the guy, shooting at the zombies along the way, tried to cover the Japanese woman. The girl's ankle was still aching, which is why she could not run at full strength.

Yeonjun, who was running ahead of Kai, noticed a couple of zombies that pounced on him with their mouths open. Dodging the first one, he shot the second one, but before he could react in time, he was knocked down by the third monster. During the fall, the guy dropped his gun and grabbed the undead's shoulders, trying to dodge the bite.

Seeing his friend's struggle, Kai immediately stopped and kicked the monster in the face, helping Yeonjun up.
Getting to his feet, Yeonjun wanted to thank his friend, when he suddenly felt blood splashing on his face.
Everything happened very quickly.
Standing in front of Yeonjun, Huening felt a terrible pain in his chest. Seeing the shock and horror in his friend's eyes, Kai only smiled slightly. Throwing one last living glance at Fuko, the guy, choking on his own blood, fell lifelessly to the ground.
