No matter how hard I try,

I can't cut you out.

You're like an addiction of drugs;

You wrap me in warmth like a bunch of warm hugs.

I'm addicted to this life,

One where you're my only strife.

If I don't take my pill,

I'll spiral down down down the hill.

Once the effects wear off,

I am left with nothing but pain and a cough.
