Secrets and Lies

The BBQ

Fawn's POV
"Okay. So today... One of Fawn's friends is having a BBQ, so I though it would be cool if we all went. Wear whatever you would wear swimming. and bring extra chlothes." Mom says at lunch. I already have everything I need at Sasha's.

"See you there." I say and teleport there. Sasha hugs me and we wait for our other friends to join us.

Bella's POV
I am Fawn's girl cousin.
Two hours after Fawn teleports away, we leave to go to Fawn's friends house. We walk in through the front door and are greeted by a black haired woman.

"Blossom and Family, come on in. You can head right out to the porch." The woman says. We head out onto a porch with large windows and a glass roof around it. I look out side to see six people around my age engaged in a battle.

Fawn's POV

War broke out once all six of us got to Sasha's. I notice my family just got here.

"Aaron, you look warm. Let me cool you down." I say in a sweet voice. "Ice hammer." A large Ice hammer bangs into him, knocking him into the pool. Nex and Sasha were already there. Lucy gets knocked in by Silva.

"Go get her Fawn! You got this!" Nex and Aaron cheer me on." I slip into the small shadow that is under one umbrella and shadow travel right into Silva's shadow. I step out of the shadows and push her in.

"Victory is mine!" I shout and throw my hands in the air. I am wearing a black bikini. Two sets of arms grab my legs and pull me in. I shriek right before I fall into the water. I swim up and look at Aaron and Nex.

"Oh yeah!"they say and High-five. I glare at them.

Aaron swims over to me while Lucy, Nex, and Silva get into one of their sibling fights while Sasha goes to help her mom bring the food out.

"How are you getting along with your Newley found family?" He asks. I sigh.

"Well, they seem to get along so well, they don't notice me. Mom fits right in, but you know that I'm not much of a people person." I tell him, looking at the bottom of the pool.

"Get your lazy bums over here is you want food!" Sasha yells. My two cousins and brother are there with the adults. Aaron climbs out and gives me his hand. I grab it and pull him back down and climb out. He resurfaces to me smirking.

"Thanks for that." He says sarcastically. He climbs out and we dry off. Lucy goes straight over to my family and introduces herself. The rest of us sort of sit off to the side.

"Okay. So Fawn is the winner of that battle. How about a Field Hockey war. Lucy vs Silva and Me vs Fawn. The winner from each match will face off in an epic Field Hockey war!" Sasha suggests.

"Oh yes. But you're going down. All three of you." Lucy says, smirking. We run inside to throw chlothes over our bathing suits. I throw a purple racer act tank top and a pair of black shorts over my bathing suit. Sasha has a green t shirt and white shorts, silva has a blue t shirt and white shorts, and Lucy has a golden tank top with black shorts. We don't bother with shoes. We grab out Field Hockey sticks and 2 balls. Once outside, we have Lucy vs Silva.

"Who will be the winner? Will it be Silva or Lucy. Find out right now!" Sasha says as we gather on the side of the makeshift field.

"Clean match, no air dribbling, or Ariels. You have to be at lest three feet from the goal to shoot. Now begin." I say and they immediately leap at the ball. Lucy gets to the ball fist and immediately starts dribbling toward Silva's goal. Silva runs in and takes the ball when Lucy fails to keep it in control. Lucy gets dazed for a second, letting Silva get a head start. Before Lucy can catch her.

"Silva shoots, and she scores! Lucy has been beaten by Silva. Amazing performance. Now we watch as the Unbeaten Fawn vs Me, Sasha." Sasha says and we get in position. One at each sideline. The ball is in the middle. After explaining the rules, we start. I let Sasha get the ball while I run back to the goal. She seems wary, and when she tries to shoot, she only hits the ball with the bottom of her stick, and I stop it. I drive it up over the middle line and run after it. I am faster than Sasha and get to it first. I dodge around Sasha and score.

Aaron's POV

"She is still unbeatable. I don't stand a chance." Silva says in awe.

"Don't say that. You can do it. Beat her and become ultimate champion. Show her what it's like to lose." Lucy says to her sister. Fawn has been the best at everything since we all were kids.
