3. Fest day

Preet was done with all decoration and was practicing the dance steps as she and all other professors have participated in the professor dance competition .

Today she wore a black saree

She was looking very beautiful in that saree and with her simple makeup because even though she comes university regularly she never applied any makeup and only wore simple cloth like a college going student.

Shivansh pov-

I was stunned by Preet's beauty , she was looking very gorgeous in that saree. Everybody was complementing her on her looks . Even though she was our professor but she was looking like a 1st year college student.

I was busy with my thoughts when shaurya came and saw me staring at Preet and said "Even she is our professor but she is looking stunning. Hai na ?" ( in a teasing way).

["Right?"]

Without thinking once I nodded my head in yes . And after realising what he said and what I did make me look at his reaction. He was looking at me with a teasing smile.

As I was about to say something I heard someone taking Preet's name and to my shock he was none other than my only enemy in the college Vivaan . He was talking to his friend about Preet which I was clearly listening . He told one of his friends that Preet was looking so sexy today in that black saree and if he got a chance he will definitely try on her today.

Hearing his words my blood boiled as how could someone can say these things about his own professor but more than this I was feeling something else which I don't know what to say.

As I was about to say something fest started and my all attention went on my performance which was next .
As our name announced we went on the stage for our dance performances.

I was dancing but my all focus was on Preet she was looking at me which made me smile but why I don't know. All I was thinking is that Raj couldn't talk to her.

Preet pov-

As I saw Shivansh he was already looking at me and was dancing very well . After his and everyone's performance the last turn was mine . And my song was ~ barso re megha

I was dancing in a flow and at the end everyone clapped and with this fest ended.

I was going to wrap up my things to leave but before that a student came in front of me and smiled before forwarding his hand into my direction and said "Hi miss Preet I am vivaan , I am in last year of my mbbs".

I passed a small smile and extended my hand for shaking hand but before that Shivansh came and took his hand saying everyone is calling him as it was boys time. So I left from there but today I felt very weird about Shivansh behaviour as he didn't said anything to me.

Suddenly my phone started ringing, it was Ruhi's call , avoiding my thoughts I picked up the call.

Me : hello Ruhi. Kya hua , meri yaad kese aayi ajj tujhe.

["Hello Ruhi, What happened, How did you remember me, today"]

Ruhi : yaar I urgently need your help pls can u come to meet me .

Me : kya hua , don't worry me aa jati hu , kaha aana hai tere ghar.

["What happened, don't worry I am coming, but where, at your home"]

Ruhi : nahi ghar nahi tu Angle cafe hai na waha aaja pls.

["No, not at home, come at Angle cafe please, I will meet you there"]

Me : pls ki koi baat nahi hai . I will reach there in 15 mins , okay.

["There is no need to say please, I will be there in 15 minutes, okay."]

Ruhi : okay, bye , jaldi aaiyo
["Okay, bye , come fast."]

Me : hmm aa rahi hu , bye .
["Okay, bye"]

After cutting the call I took a cab as my Activa was at home .

I reached there in almost 20 mins as there was no traffic.

I entered the cafe and saw Ruhi sitting on one of the corner seat only waiting for me. As I reached her she started crying, I tried to stop her and after a while she stopped. I asked her what happened, why she was crying and she told me that her parents are marrying her to someone she didn't want to as I know she has a boyfriend but who he is , is hidden because she didn't wanted to reveal his name. So I asked her to tell her parents about her boyfriend , with this she replied that her parents want me to marry only the person they wanted and forget her boyfriend.

I know this was like a nightmare to her as she could not leave a person whom she loved. So I suggested her to talk to her boyfriend and tell him about everything and then we will decide what to do next. She nodded and after saying good bye to each other we left from there.

She typed " your work is done but remember one thing that if she got to know about truth then consequences will be worse than any other thing."
