So first were gonna start with a to do list for mornings (optional)

-wake up at 8:00 am

-wash you're face

-brush you're teeth

-put you're face in a bowl of ice water

-try doing the rice mask (put some rice in a boiling water then mix it with a blender add some honey and that's it)

-try doing the coffee mask to get rid of dark circles under you're eyes (2 tsp of coffee 1 tsp of honey and a splash of water)

- if you have black heads and wanna get rid of them try using a cleansing oil and message for about 2-3 mins

-drink coffee or hot chocolate

-do 30 min of sport everyday (or an hour)

-eat breakfast

Now we're gonna go do a to do list for 1-5 pm

-study

-clean you're room

-20min free

-eat lunch

-Play(on you're phone in a garden with You're friends...)

-read a book

-go for a walk (optional)

-free time

- organise you're stuff

-Free time (if there is lots of free time u can do smt else it's just bc I don't wanna add lot cus some ppl don't really like it)

To do list between 6 and the rest of the time

-do you're hobby

-eat a healthy snack(I recommend a fruit salad cus it's so quick and easy and it's also good and delicious)

-spend time with You're loved ones (family,bf, friend...)

-do a bucket list
