ERMMMRMRMRM DIET STUFF 🤗

1. Drink water, it boost metabolism, detoxes, and makes it easier to loose weight.

2. Avoid soda and sugary drinks

3. Speaking of drinks avoid liquor, a glass every few days won't kill you but | wouldn't recommend any more

4. Ditch the junk foods, chips cookies ect. Seriously, just do it and thank me later.

5. Drink green tea, sweater it with honey or ice it. It boost metabolism and detoxes not to mention the natural caffeine it gives.

6.6. Eat pineapple and fresh berries alot. They're good for you.

7. Balance your diet and keep yourself healthy

8. Fresh fruit is your new best friend, any fresh produce or fruit is your friend TBH

9. Avoid eat red meat, meat should not be red, the red is almost always dye and it does you no favors. EVER

10. If you want try being vegetarian or vegan for a bit and see if it works out for ya

11. Have a cheat day my friend. A treat now and again won't kill you so treat yo self.

12. Did I mention to drink your water, doesn't matter drink it.

13. Lower you salt intake and watch the results

14.Replace sugar sweeteners with honey when you can.

15. If you want a cookie 🍪 eat the cookie but don't over do it, there is such a thing as to much of a good thing
