~The Tower~

"Come on, you lot, get in there", the Jailer said, shoving all four of them back into a jail cell.

"Hey, watch what you're doing!" the Warrior snapped at the man as Ivy stumbled, falling to her knees. The Jailer just ignored him and leaves the stone built room. "Are you alright?" the Warrior asked. The witch nods as she picked herself up. She'd had to deal with way worse than being manhandled by some 16th century guy.

Eleven picked up a long nail and flicks the end causing a 'ting' sound. He goes over to a pillar and starts scratching on it with the nail. "Three of us in one cell? That's going to cause some nasty anomalies if we don't get out soon", Ten remarked "What are you doing?" he asked, noticing what his future-self was doing.

"Getting us out", Eleven replied. His predecessor then spotted what the Warrior was doing, using his sonic on the wooden door.

"The sonic won't work on that, it's too primitive", he told him, making the 'younger' Time Lord stop and turn to him.

"Shall we ask for a better quality of door so we can escape?" Eleven somewhat sassed.

"Okay, so the Queen of England is now a Zygon", Ten stated "But never mind that. Why are we all together?" the Time Lord started to walk around the cell "Why are we all here? Well, me and...Chinny, we were surprised, but you came looking for us. You knew it was going to happen. Who told you?" he demanded.

Unseen by everyone except the Warrior, the Moment put a finger to her lips. "Oi! 'Chinny'?" Eleven protested.

"Yeah, you do have a chin", Ten shot back.

"And you look like a certain wizard I'll not name", Ivy remarked, eyeing the Time Lord. She couldn't believe that she hadn't realised it before! Goddamn grief clouding my brain she mentally groused. Things like that shouldn't have slipped her notice. Not when the wizard in question all but offered herself and her brother to Mr No Nose in their 4th year.

"What do you..." Ten's eyes widened when the penny dropped "I'm not him, I promise".

"Forgive me if I don't believe you", the ginger snapped "you...HE...was a master of manipulation".

"He might've been", Eleven spoke up, gaining her attention "but he..." the Time Lord nodded to his predecessor "isn't. And there is one way to prove it".

"How?" Ivy enquired.

"Time Lords have two hearts. Wizards will only have one", the floppy haired alien states. The Warrior nods in confirmation when the 17 year old glanced at him. The ginger took a breath and moved closer to Ten. She reached out, intent on checking if what the Time Lord said was true but for some reason she hesitated. What if this was just another manipulation? Another trick? She'd had about enough of those to last a lifetime or two thank you very much! Before she could do anything, the converse wearing alien took hold of her hand, placing it hand on his chest.

The moment their hands touched, the two of them received a shock which made them both gasp. His brown eyes stared into her green ones as the pair felt a warmth rush through their bodies and everything seemed to fall away. No prison. No Warrior or floppy haired 'man-child'. Just the Doctor and Ivy.

"So that's how it happened", Eleven murmured. Now it all made sense...that horrible empty sensation that lingered within his chest for a time when he was Leather Jacket and the only way he could possibly have that was if the Bond had been triggered before that version of himself had met the ginger. Though technically he shouldn't have felt anything like that due to Sandshoes being the one who formed the connection with Ivy in the first place.
