Lyra laid in her bed, counting from three to one before the door opened wide revealing the daemos' presence. Asch yelled out her little pet name - prisoner, as the female sighed. Lyra grumbled how they were very predictable before cocking her head to the sides signaling what they need.
"Are you better yet!" The prince yelled which made the low ranked knight explain how the elder and the princess had said it'll take about a few suns for her to heal. Asch whined how Lyra was taking forever to recover but was interrupted by Pierce pointing out that she was awake on her own.
Lyra closed her eyes and nodded before scoffing out "no thanks to Leif". The assassin chuckled as his iconic smirk formed on his lips as he mumbled a "whoops". Asch turned his body to look at the minty eyed daemos before growling out what he did.
"I kept her... busy last night." All the daemos' eyes widened with shock while the assassin chuckled. Lyra's face heated up intensely before clearing her throat.
"H-He kept poking me throughout the night, that's what he was doing. He's even doing it now!" The curly haired female pointed out which made the daemos immediately stop poking her. Leif mumbled another whoop as he put his sickles back into the hilts by his hips.
Asch yelled out for the assassin to stop while Noi asked if the human was feeling better. Lyra nodded before smiling and thanked them once again for taking care of her. When she was younger, her real mother didn't give two shits about her health so whenever she was sick, she would have to either take care of herself or go over to her aunt's.
The low ranked knight blushed before nodding with a bright smile. Lyra's eyes scanned the room before her brow quirked up only to see four of them. The female asked where was the lapis horned daemos causing the prince to chuckle and wonder to. The prince then called out for the star pupil.
Within a matter of seconds, Rhys appeared in the door way holding a book in his hands. He yelled out he was here and alive causing Lyra to glance at him confused. Then she noticed the daemos was wearing a pair of glasses which made his features look better.
Her tanned cheeks were tinted a light crimson as she muttered out softly that he had glasses. Lyra had to say, Rhys looked even better in glasses then without, it completed his looks. Lyra's heart fluttered as she shook her head to get out of her daze.
Once she raised her head, Lyra gasped to see both her hands in Rhys' grasp causing her face to flare a light crimson. Noi eyes widened as he asked the star pupil why he was holding the princess' hands.
"Princess Lyra," The star pupil started before his eyes enlightened with star "I can see you clearly now!" The female mumbled where the daemos got them which made him gush over Ms. Oates and how she gave him the glasses.
He began to ramble on about how he thought it was trick at first but then realized the "spell" was lasting longer than previous ones back on daemos. Leif rose a brow before asking what the star pupil was spouting out.
Rhys turned around and explained how him and Lady grandma would work together to help with his vision distance and would cast spells that lasted a temporary time. But the glasses - he pronounced it horribly - would last as long as they were on his face. Lyra rolled her eyes and grumbled a sassy remark.
