//Newt's POV//

As we ran in the maze it was super boring. I know that Cali has been in the maze once, but she makes it so much more enjoyable. Even in this death trap they call the maze. That is just one of the many things i love about Cali.

"Man, this is so boring with out Cali" Thomas said sighing.

Minho laughs,"I know and she has only been with us once"

"Yeah" I nod.

"Hey what's up with you? Ever since the second Cal came out of the box you have acted differently" Minho asks nudging me with a raised eyebrow.

"N-nothing" I stutter looking away.

"Oooh Newtie's got a a crush" Thomas said pointing at me.

"No i do not" I say.

Minho scoffs "Yeah right"

"Fine maybe i do have a crush but that doesn't mean it is Cali" I said.

"Oh i'm sorry. Are you gay?" Thomas said reaching his hand out towards me.

"Bloody hell" I whisper.

"Yes 'bloody hell'" Minho said rolling his eyes"i got my eyes on you brit. But i know that Cal can take care of herself"

"I know, i know. Plus it's not like Cal likes me back anyway" I said sadly looking down.

"Alright well we better get going if we want to get back before the doors close" Minho said running off into a different direction.

Thomas looked at me,"It's ok buddy" he said rubbing my shoulder.

//Cali's POV//

The boys come back from running in about two hours. So i have two hours to kill.

I wander around the glade trying to find something to do.

I spot the garden and it gives me an idea.

I run over to the glade going to the flower section trying to find some nice flowers.

"Hey Cali. What are you doing?" a voice says behind me.

I turn around to see Zart.

"Hey Zart i'm just looking for some flowers"

"Oh okay" He said and walked away.

I turned my attention back to the flowers. I picked white, blue, and red flowers and put them in a basket. I also found some wire, glue, and scissors and put them in the basket too. I took the basket and ran to the watch tower. I took all the tools and flowers and started to make them into flower crowns.

I worked nonstop until i heard a voice from the ground,"Cali? What are you doing love?"

I peaked my head over the watch tower and signaled Newt to come up. 

I continued to finish the flower crowns so i could show you Newt the finished flower crowns.

The footsteps from Newt became louder and louder until they stopped. 

I looked up and saw Newt staring down at me with a smile.

"What are you making love?"

"You'll see" 

He laughed and sat down in front of me.

When i finished the last white flower crown. I placed it on Newt's head.

"A flower crown" I said.

Newt smiled. 

He picked up another white flower crown and placed it on my head.

He looked into my eyes,"They are beautiful" he said in a soft voice.

We sat there staring into each other's eyes until Minho ruined the moment.

"HEY SHUCKFACES ARE YOU GOING TO COME DOWN OR WHAT" Minho yelled.

Newt and i laughed. Newt stood up and offered me a hand. I grabbed it and he pulled me up.

We were even closer now.

Noses almost touching. 

Staring into each other's eyes.

We stayed like that for a little bit until Newt broke the silence. 

"W-we should go before your brother yells at us again"Newt stuttered, while his eyes never left my mine.

"Y-yeah" I reply. 

I pick up the flower crowns, two white, one red, and one blue, and climb down the ladder. 

When i reach the bottom i see Thomas and Minho with his hands on his hips.

"Took you long enough"Minho said.

"Cali!" Thomas shouted running towards me. He picks me up and spins me around.

"Man today was boring without you" Thomas said.

I laugh,"obviously"

I take the crown off of my arm and place it on Thomas' head,"here"

"What's that?" He asks.

"A flower crown" I say running over to Minho and placing it on his head.

"Hey watch the quiff" Minho says.

"Sorry, geez" I say rolling my eyes.

I turn around and walk towards Thomas and and Newt.

I hear Minho following close behind.

"So Cali what are the flower crowns for?" Newt asks.

"I was bored and decided to make them" I respond.

"So no 'I made them cause you guys are my best friends'?"Thomas asks.

I shake my head,"Nope"

"Who are the other two for?"Minho asks nodding his head towards the crowns on my arm.

"Oh, Gally and Alby"I say, "I gotta give it to them. I'll meet you guys at dinner"

I turn around and run off to where the builder's work.

I look around until i spot Gally, i run over to him.

"Hey Gal"I say out of breath.

"Oh hey" Hey says. He points at my flower crowns "What are those?"

I take the blue flower crown and place it on Gally's head.

"This is for helping me with my weapons" I say.

Gally laughs,"Anytime. Now i'm just about done here. Let's go to dinner"
