The Kingdom of Concordia. It is a fitting name. A name that shows that this kingdom is united. The kingdom is equal. Crime is against the law, and those who break it will get punished severely. Commoners have a chance to rise in the social hierarchy. Nobles are not exempt from crimes. Nobody can get around it. Everyone can work. Everyone can make a living. At least, that is how it should be.

In truth, this kingdom is a lie. It could not be more separated. The nobles have far more power than the commoners. The nobles can get out of crimes. The nobles have more protection. The nobles never have to worry about their lives. The commoners work but never earn enough to rise. Only enough to survive. The nobles have everything that the commoners want.

The commoners can not even revolt. They have tried—many times. Every attempt has resulted in failure. They stood no chance. They do not have any formidable personnel. Every person who shows promise is either a noble or works for one. They receive the benefits. They would not want to throw that away. For what? So that they make less and have less power? No. They do not wish for that. They desire to stand near the top. So they fight for the kingdom.

The kingdom is hypocritical. It will not permit rebellion. The kingdom shuts it down every time it hears of it. The commoners have to live in poverty and can do nothing about it. They have tried many times over the 500 years the kingdom has existed. They stood no chance. All of the strongest people work for the kingdom. They would not rebel. They have everything they could ever want. Riches. Fame. They have it all. They would not throw that away for some no-name commoners. They, like everyone else at the top, thrive. They fight for the kingdom. Stop any threat. They make the kingdom prosperous. They uphold justice. They cannot let the evildoers get away with trying to ruin their perfect kingdom. They keep the commoners in check. The commoners cannot do anything about it. At best, they join the army. They cannot fight for freedom if they are any higher.

Commoners cannot become nobles by conventional methods. They may become nobles by doing great deeds for the kingdom, but that only strengthens it. In addition, when they have all of those riches, whether for themselves or their families, they would not risk being labelled as traitorous. No. They would stay noble. They would live a luxurious life and leave behind all connections with anyone lower than them. They would not jeopardize the lives of their families only to try to gain equality with the commoners. That is how the Kingdom of Concordia operates. The rich are right. The rich get away with things. The wealthy have the authority, and the poor have to follow. They have no choice but to. They cannot do anything about it.

They have come to accept that but are not happy about it. They are just waiting for a chance to overthrow the kingdom. They are just waiting for the shadow that will devour the kingdom. They are waiting for the revolution.

Wilhelm and Adelaide König. They lived a great life. They met when they were young and soon fell in love. Sadly, the kingdom would not be fond of a noble becoming espoused to a no-name commoner. So, Wilhelm worked his way up the ranks. He trained day and night. Wilhelm fought many battles for the kingdom to rise in rank and get married to Adelaide. He had achieved his goal. He had become great enough so that he could marry his love.

He travelled to the König house and asked Earl König if he could marry his daughter. Earl König agreed, having heard of the warrior Wilhelm. Wilhelm felt ecstatic. He was permitted to wed Adelaide. Soon, they got married.

After they had gotten married, they lived peacefully for a couple of years. They soon decided that they would need an heir. After many attempts, one works. They had decided to name him Damon. Damon König, that was their son's name.

After their son had been born, they continued their lives. Adelaide worked on all of the intellectual affairs of the household, while Wilhelm did all of the manual labour. Wilhelm continued his training throughout this time, seeing no reason to stop. Over the next couple of years, he became stronger and stronger. Soon, he was near the top, making the König house more famous. The König house had become one of the most well-known Houses in the Kingdom of Concordia.

Even with all of the fame the König house had, they did not live in the capital city of the kingdom. Rather than living in Elysium's Heart, they live in Duskhaven. They decided to live here for many reasons, but one of the main ones was the safety it provides.

Duskhaven is close enough to Elysium's Heart that if there were any attacks on the city, warriors from the capital would be there to offer aid quickly. It was far enough away that it had its independent economy. Even though it is not the capital, with all its riches and splendor, Duskhaven was still one of the most economically well-off cities in the Kingdom of Concordia. The riches of the city, as well as its proximity to the capital, have earned it the nickname The Safe Haven of Concordia.

Duskhaven is arguably the most safe place in the entire Kingdom of Concordia. While it does not have the finances Elysium's Heart does, it has some stronger warriors. In addition, Elysium's Heart can send aid whenever it is needed. With all these, it is the most safe place in the kingdom.

Aside from Elysium's Heart and Duskhaven, two other cities exist. Those are Luminara and Schatzhallenland. Luminara is the city of religion in the Kingdom of Concordia. Schatzhallenland is the wealthiest city. Although other cities have religion in them, Luminara contains the main church. Duskhaven, Luminara, and Schatzhallenland create a triangle around Elysium's Heart. Luminara is in the north, Duskhaven in the southwest, and Schatzhallenland in the southeast. These cities are referred to as "The Triangle of Prosperity" as they are the most well-off cities in the kingdom.

The main religion in the Kingdom of Concordia is called Ordo Veritas. In the religion, five divinities exist—the Light Deity, Dark Deity, Sky Deity, Earth Deity, and Sea Deity. The Light deity is named Lumina. Lumina is the main deity in the religion. It is also where Luminara got its name. The Dark deity is Nox, the evil deity in the religion. The Sky Deity is Caelia, who governs the sky and sky disasters. The Earth Deity is Terra, who controls the ground and ground disasters. The Sea Deity is Marem, who dictates the seas and sea disasters.
