LEFT ALONE!!

CHAPTER SIX

Slyvester was bored sitting alone in the school nature garden observing the whales jump in and out of the water in excitement . The birds chirping and the monkeys staring ,she had no idea where Stephanie is at the moment . Maybe she had a traffic holdup or she didn't wake up early??her thoughts could not satisfy her curious minds,she stared at the watch around her wrist then slyvester knew something had gone wrong but she couldn't stand the chance of asking Jane about Stephanie
It clocked 11:00 AM and the bell was rung it is now time for all students to take the test and determine those who will be chosen for study abroad.
Slyvester took a leg walk about 5 minutes to the debate hall

Before the screening out began miss caro called out the attendance and those who were present indicated with hands-up .
When it got to Stephanie on the student board there was silence.
"LUCIEN STEPHANIE" the tutor 'mias caro' talked louder still the silence remained. "Slyvester" she called to confirm if Stephanie was surely absent.
Even before miss caro could voice out her reason for calling slyvester,she already knew what the reason was and decides to speak up ; I haven't seen Steph since I came to school . Miss caro stood still in unbeleif she knew how serious Steph was about the screening out and she read all time make it up to the requirements.
Have u tried reaching her through a phone call?? She questioned. No I haven't, slyvester held out her phone from her pocket and there were missed calls already from Steph ,she looked up to miss caro with a bright smile on her face then looked back into her phone ,she dialed Stephanie's number and she received the call immediately.
Hello bestie slyvester said , Good day Slyv Stephanie replied she continued : I am in the hospital I won't say much but please inform miss caro that I will be discharged a week on, then I will perform my screen - out ,pls pass the information to her . Slyvester eyes met with the tutor once more.
Bye Steph hanged the call on Slyv without waiting for a reply ,when she heared 'bye' har thought drew back to the dropped call then she noticed the call has ended .
Stephanie wasn't strong enough to speak much that was why she made her statement to Slyv breif and didn't wait for her reply before hanging the call on her . Slyv wondered why Steph couldn't wait for her reply but she waved the thoughts off and turned to miss caro who's ears are already  standing impatiently to hear the news .
Ma!! Slyv finally voiced . Stephanie perform her's next week . Why??? What happened?? Miss caro was curious.
According to her;Slyv quoted she (Steph) said she will be discharged a week on from the hospital!! She didn't say much about it before hanging the call on me Slyv told miss caro before she would voice her curiosity which was obviously written all over her face .

SCREEN -OUT POSTPONED
Miss caro was disappointed that Stephanie could not attend the screen out day and was also concerned why Steph is at the hospital,miss caro love Stephanie a lot and she is about making a decision that was kept on date by the school proprietor.
After some moments giving to thoughts she finally faced up to the students whom she kept curious
'Thw screen-out will be postponed because Stephanie is not present '. The assembly of students became mad at miss caro decision,they weren't happy bcuz they had prepare so we'll in cramming the curriculum assigned to them and would not just forget the bcuz of Steph of a thing!! *** That eyeglass dumbass!! Some cursed.
Miss caro walked out of the class without a word ,while the students keep muttering words angrily , slyvester felt happy bcuz Steph is her bestie and any decision which favours  Steph made her happy

Why not we go partying rather than remain here blabbering over a stupid eyeglass dumbass!! The students all agreed to Tracy's decision except Slyv who walked gently towards the nature garden and sat down quietly while other students move to the party hall.
*** AT THE PARTY HALL***
The music was tunned so high that the vibrations could be felt on the ground. High school lovers danced to to the beat while others played pool and chess on their round figured tables placed on the centres . The halls were filled with events and everywhere bubbling up ,these students tagged themselves as  BIG TUG they love partying,flirting,and romance . While other zealous students always remained in the class and listen as tutors teach, among them were; victor ,rose , Stephanie and her friend Slyvester these students were noticed by all tutors and gained the love of Thier head mistress**MISS CARO **
