akito ears were slightly red but he walked out like there was no tommorow anyways

he walked to that front door excruciatingly stiff, unknowingly being stared at weirdly as he tied his shoes, going outside

he got out and walked out near the gate of his campus, earphones in his ears which may or may not be playing a playlist of nocturnes covers that he compiled himself

he shook off the feeling of being followed and walked throughout campus

fireflys and stars light up the night

'the rumours weren't all the time false, the light pollution here really is better managed' akito shoved his hands into his hoodies pockets

" shinokito!" An exasperated voice shot

' a fan on campus? Just great.. i hope they aren't those fans', akito scrunched up his nose and looked back

"Kito- sa.. nh!! " nocturne called out

Akitos eyes widen, his feet stumbling back unconsciously, he could feel his face burning up. 'Oh god" akito exhaled quietly as nocturne approached

Touya walked over, catching his breath as akito had returned to his normal nice guy card, akito waved nervously

"Kito san- hello, didn't expect to meet you here. Its me noc-nocturne.. hah" nocturne said as he tried controlling his breathing

Akito craned his neck up awkwardly to take a good look 'hes taller than I thought! Anyways

Akito threw his hands up reassuringly " well i didn't expect us to be roommates either but here we are... " Akito mumbled

" Right. Kito san are you heading to the gate to get your food too right? I saw you running off "

" Just Akito is fine. Its alright to drop the honorifics. And yes i am, wanna walk together?"

" Right! Kito sa- Akito. Yes i am, lets go together. I am Touya Aoyagi, you can call me toya since yea'' akito could see toya nervously fiddling with his fingers

" Alright Noc, Toya" akito says firmly

" lets go "

They bantered and chatted casually, despite the circumstances they had actually arrived earlier than the drivers which was ideal because they got to know eachother more

Turns out, nene was Toya's friend in Highschool. Explaining why she roomied with them. Heck she was in the same class as him once, akito never really liked highschool anyway, too many brats who wanted to be friends with him just to brag

The other guy was flexys. Who was someone they had met sometime ago when he was sent to take pictures at kamiyama high.

They chattered aimlessly until they arrived back at the dorms half an hour later

They got welcomed to the sight of flexys and nene endlessly staring at their screens, in Nene's case. A black screen. Akito deadpanned

"Hey Touya isn't that your celeb crush or something" nene took a sip of her latte, leaning smugly in the hallway

"...yes? not a crush kusanagi san" he sighs

"He and I are just mere online friends" Toya reasoned

" right right, i totally dont see how you look whenever you're watching his streams, catch" she threw his phone into his arms "i ordered your fav, go get it while you're chasin him in the mean time lover boy"

" but-"

" And before you say anything, flexys still has a whole portfolio to complete and you're the only one not in pajamas"

"I gotcha coffee too"

nene smugly grinned, appreciating her work as toya ran out almost trying to escape her teasing

Well he could try, she turned on the tv and scrolled to youtube to watch videos of her own, flexys joined sometime after with his own energy drink and laptop to get some inspiration

Nene clicked away to a black screen as soon as she heard footsteps and laughter coming from outside
