Eugene ran down the palace halls. His expression that of urgency as well as his speed.
He slid to the right finally making it to the palace delivery room. The screams becoming more prominent. Today was the day Rapunzel was giving birth to be more specific Right now was when she was giving birth.
Eugene was sent to get a bucket of water to help and he dreaded every minute away from her in this dire time.
As a matter of fact he wondered why one of the maids didn't do it, Rapunzel was his wife after all especially after all the years she begged to get married.... fine it was him. He corrected.
He kicked open the door revealing him holding the big bowl of warm water, half of which drenched his shirt.
"Thank you so much Eugene, now hurry they need you." Queen Ariana said smiling while grabbing the bowl. (Rapunzel's mom in case u forgot)
He rushed through the curtains unveiling Rapunzel's long hair draping around the bed. Her face and body language showing signs of deadly exhaustion.
"Blondie-" Eugene rasped out approaching her nervous and expectantly.
She turned his way and smiled. "I guess you have two blondies now."
He began to cry and looked at Rapunzel face him with their beautiful baby boy who had shiny golden hair kin to his mother.
Rapunzel smiles tiredly grabbing Eugene's hand, "Floran, I want to call him floran." She repeated before falling asleep.
Eugene grabbed his son and smiled wiping his tears while bouncing him to keep him from crying.
"So, since you're my son,its about time I tell you my life story." Eugene says giving the newborn baby a proud look.
"And this story, is no ordinary story. Its the story of how I died !"
"Eugene!! Will you stop narrating evreything !!" Rapunzel shouts then instantly laying back down as Eugene chuckles.
Floran begins to cry and Eugene panics glancing at Rapunzel knocked out. "Don't worry it's actually a fun story and the truth is it isn't even mine."
Floran stops crying and begins to Laugh as Eugene lets out a sigh of relief. "This is a story about your mommy and it starts with the sun."
