Here Again, Without You

 When the mover's arrived at Mr. Sharm's home place to deliver the safe from Marleena's burnt home, they were greeted by the housekeeper while being directed where to place the safe in his office for further safe keeping. The housekeeper went to inform Mr. Sharm that the safe was placed in his office against the assigned wall. He nodded in agreement.

Maggie saw the safe in grandpa's office and noticed that it has some smoke smell to it "Grandpa, why is this safe smelling like smoke?"

"It came from your sister's house that burnt last night. Someone or something caught it on fire and burned the whole living room out with the hallway. So Marleena asked if I would take this safe for her until she found another place to put it," Grandpa smiled thoughtfully, hoping both of his grand girls would be there with him to stay in the big old house.

Maggie looking like she had seen a ghost "I can't believe h-he would do such a thing, He told me that if she ever interfered between us, he would burn her alive. I just can't believe he actually did it."

"Who, Maggie, who would do such a thing to your sister? All she ever does is to protect you from being hurt. Why would that person do such a thing?" grand pa kept inquiring for Maggie to say more about what and who would do it.

"I am really glad that Marleena wasn't at home when it started and that she is safe. I feel that Trecye was responsible for this. He said he would do it if she ever interfered in our marriage in any way, reason or time. He would kill her." Maggie being totally in shock from the news that her sister's house was burned.

Grandpa was on the phone to the police headquarters "I wish to let someone know I have a granddaughter who's life is in danger from her ex-brother-in-law name of Trecye Polymire, yes that's correct you heard me say the name correctly." hanging up the phone knowing that Maggie is safe there with him and that Marleena would need protection from the arsonist out there is why he made the call.

Marleena had made it to the office and was in the middle of a board meeting when a commotion set off a call to the board room asking that she come to the lobby. Marleena dismissed the meeting to resume later that afternoon, proceeding to the loby only to see Trecye there demanding to be let into his office which he no longer was allowed there due to the poor workmanship he offered for their company. His lease was terminated by Marleena and the board members the day before due to illicit conduct he had with a secretary in his office.

"I NEED IN THERE NOW TO GET MY WORK DONE. DO YOU HERE ME" Trecye was yelling at the securities who had come to see him.

"Sir we cannot let you in. it is the board of directors that changed these locks and we are not allowed to open the door for anyone not even you sir" came the reply from the head of security Mr. Jameson.

Seeing Trecye pick up a chair to throw into the door to try to open it, Mr. Jameson and another security person had taken the chair from him and secured him with zip ties until the police could arrive.

"WHAT THE HE!! IS GOING ON HERE?" Marleena shouted to everyone. The staff seeing Marleena left to go do their perspective jobs before they were canned from them and they wereleft with no income to support their families. Seeing that the person who was causing the ruckas did not surprise Marleena at all. "So, it is you who disturbs the peace around here. What do you want? You were told to get out of the office by three pm yesterday. Did you not understand when I said the locks were going to be changed after five pm? M-m".

"Marleena, you b#**h, I will get in. I own this building and you can't stop me from taking it hehehe" Treyce laughed manically.

Marleena had Jonathan on the phone when she was talking to Treyce so he could here the conversation that she wanted to discuss with him about the building and the land it sits on and who its legal owner is.

After Treyce was picked up by the police and taken to the station for processing due to trespassing along with disturbing the peace at a company causing the disruption of work there, He had made his bail to be taken home 'this isn't the end yet you wait. I'll have what I want and you will be nothing but rags from now on.' Treyce had said to himself.

Jonathan made an appointment to visit Marleena at her office and had paperwork for a restraining order ready to file against Treyce in court. "Marleena I just need you to look these papers over and let me know..." as Marleena's phone rang. It was the fire chief who was investigating her house fire.

"Miss we found out it was larceny, we also have finger prints as well and have started comparing them to the database through the police department for you. Do you wish to file those charges against that person when found?" He asked. Which he had been on speaker phone. Nodding her head.

"Yes, I want to persecute to the full extent of the law for that, as I have to make other arrangements for living." she replied. Looking at Jonathan who had heard it offered his service to her mouthing 'I'll help you'

"Okay as soon as we know who it is we will let you know" he said.

Jonathan asking "Why didn't you tell me your house had been burned?"

"I didn't think it that important at the time and now I'm having a hard time finding a place between work and house hunting. Besides this matter of the property here that grandpa has and this building, I really need to know who actually owns this place. Can you help me with that?" Marleena was starting to get scared that they would loose the building and property if it really wasn't theirs in the end.

Jonathan shaking his head "of course I'll help you to find a new place to live as well as the information of who actually is the true owner of this property for you. In the time being let's get this restraining order in place, shall we"

"Okay let's do that first" Marleena agreed.
